Jacksonville Streets Submerged Amid Heavy Rainfall

Severe thunderstorm and flash flooding warnings were issued for Jacksonville, Florida, on Sunday, June 13.

The National Weather Service said merging storms would produce up to three additional inches of rainfall over downtown Jacksonville and warned drivers to “turn around, don’t drown if you encounter flood waters.”
