Health commissioner in Harford Co. terminated without explanation

The Harford County Council and Maryland Department of Health terminated the county's health commissioner Friday without explanation. Dr. David Bishai was an at-will employee of the County Council and MDH. He told the 11 News I-Team that believes he was fired because of his science-based views regarding masks and vaccinations.
