Flooding at Kentucky's Yatesville Lake State Park

A flood warning remained in effect for many parts of Kentucky until 6 pm on March 3 after a weekend of heavy rain.

Video footage recorded by MK Woods shows Yatesville Lake State Park Marina in Louisa flooded on March 2.

The National Weather Service (NWS) advised drivers to “turn around” when encountering flooded roads. “Most flood deaths occur in vehicles,” they said.
