Editor's Edition: Canadian real estate prices might have peaked for now

The Greater Toronto Area (GTA) and Vancouver area real estate markets continued to slow down in terms of sales, but remain sellers’ markets and home prices haven’t come down yet.

Prime Minister Justin Trudeau says he’s willing to work with municipalities to help make housing more affordable. The federal Conservatives say they want action now and presented a motion on measures to make it happen.

We’ve been getting monthly updates from the ground floor from Realosophy Realty’s John Pasalis and Oakwyn Realty’s Steve Saretsky, who help make sense of it all, with advice for anyone buying or selling a home.
