JULIE HYMAN: Let's take a look at one trending ticker we're watching. AMC shares recovering losses this morning after announcing they've reached an agreement to settle a court battle with shareholders over the proposed conversion of AMC preferred equity units into common stock. Shares of AMC are up over 40% so far this year. This had been an overhang on those shares though.
