Not sure about this one, but 47.5% Insider holding really makes me wonder

They need money, thus dumping and Die Lution. Every time I average down, it goes lower. No more. They'll take it to a penny to survive, screw the share holders. IMO

Thats a strange price jump, considering no news release

It looks like they can not get a permit to build their plant. Mostly diluting to pay themselves. Heading for 1 cent per share!

I've been an investor for a long time. I visited the Toronto facility many years ago and saw the process with my own eyes. The microwaves work in an inert environment (in other words, they suck all the O2 out and pump nitrogen in) and the microwaves break the hydrocarbon bonds. There is no burning because there is no oxygen in the system. No burning = no pollution. They figured out how to do tires continually in an enclosed tunnel. The byproducts are oil, steel belts and carbon black, all of which can be sold/reused/recycled. There is virtually no cost to the material inputs because everyone is trying to get rid of used tires for the transportation cost (which are a fire and mosquito hazard in piles). The technology also works on medical waste (breaks down the hydrocarbon bonds of the plastic and other waste). Burning plastics is highly toxic, and this process doesn't burn anything. It breaks the organic bonds down with microwave energy. The germs are broken down also, so completely sterile. They put an orange in the medical waste machine and it came out a black, carbon orange. You could still see the texture of the peel on the outside, but the entire thing was just inert carbon black. I've held onto this stock for a long time because I knew it would finally be recognized. So here we are. Going to US$1 within a year or so.

With the ever increasing need for bio fuels, and other products from waste such as used tires , one would have to assume only a matter of time before all this free garbage and waste , becomes valuable commodity, and companies such as EWS and Cielo etc etc have to start bidding and paying for the waste
