Its principal properties include Bushranger Copper-Gold Project which consist of 501 square kilometers of land located in eastern central New South Wales, Australia; Western Foreland Copper Project that comprises of 107,000 hectares covering ground along the Angolan-DRC-Zambian border located within the Western Foreland geological district that hosts the high-grade Kamoa – Kakula copper deposits; and The Kakuyu Project comprising an area of 201.78 hectares located in the north-west of the town of Mumbwa, Central Province of Zambia. The company was formerly known as Xtract Energy PLC and changed its name to Xtract Resources Plc in June 2013. Xtract Resources Plc was incorporated in 2004 and is based in London, the United Kingdom.
