Just had a phone conversation with Mr. Brandon Chow from XEBEC regarding the following:

    1) Nitrogen dioxide pollution is considered an environmental hazard prominent in some of the countries where XEBEC is represented (Northeastern USA, Western Europe, Northeastern China; look for "Nitrogen dioxide pollution mapped" and visit the ESA website). Does the company plan to capitalize on NO2 capture technologies?
ANSWER: XEBEC currently has a product pipeline aimed at preventing these greenhouse gases from forming by facilitating the switch to a hydrogen-based green economy, so the strategy is indirect. They will look into the opportunity to furnish dedicated systems that capture NO2 in a similar manner as CO2, i.e., at the production source where the gas is highly concentrated.

    2) Is XEBEC planning more M&A activity for the coming 2 years to expand on or create additional verticals, such as the production of fertilizer materials from the raw materials used in gas production (in light of the geopolitical situation with fertilizer shortages), hydrogen-based fuel cell technologies, etc?
ANSWER: XEBEC has a different approach to this, namely through partnerships with the companies that produce the mentioned fertilizers and those that require hydrogen for their systems. The technology platforms that XEBEC has are modulatory and can be plugged into other applications. If M&A activity occurs, it is mainly geared towards the service side instead of new product verticals. The co focuses their tech advancements most on the hydrogen generation side given the future outlook of this sector.

    3) Is executive management amenable to being acquired by a bigger competitor in the inherent niches (e.g., APD, Linde) or sell off technology to ancillary sectors (e.g., fuel cell technology companies)?
ANSWER: The exec team is not actively looking to be acquired. The company has already contracts with large gas cos such as Linde and Air Liquide for the supply of hydrogen and other gases. APD is a competitor. Moreover, there are numerous fuel cell cos that use XEBEC's parts in their technologies. In these deals XEBEC retains their proprietary technologies, just sells the components or systems.

I don't know what is wrong with this stock. It is trading less than book value, trading at less than 1x 2021 sales, trading less than projected 2022 revenue. Recently won a contract worth USD113M, they just signed a new contract again few days ago. Yet, Someone keep dumping at any cost, bringing down the share price.

Whoever is dumping this at 80c must know something that we don't and that thing has to be as serious as they will probably close shop after this year. Otherwise, I do not understand the current share price and valuation.

Xebec making a loss last quarter only motivated most to sell shares so they can pump them into commodities for the next few months - then come back to Xebec with a higher input.

I'm just holding mine and got a great feeling for the long-term future.

I guess sometimes $50 million companies are for sale at $12 million and you load the boat till reality comes back! Who knew that how investing actually works!

This is at the bottom. Since it didn't go down with the carnage we saw today.

It's so funny to see people complained the stock is undervalued. I've heard the complaints since its price was $8, $4, $3, $2, $1 and now $0.89 with the same complaints. People misunderstood this stock is hard to earn the profit due to their structure problem and lacking of management capability. That's why investors threw away even though the sales revenue increased. That's key point in this inflation environment. Namely, the more selling products, the more the loss increases. So they should have been careful to purchase other companies without experiencing and knowing them well. That's a big mistake by Kurt. The other issue, the company's transparency, like faithful belief is zero. They announced 3 years plan just before announcing Q1 terrible earning. The IR young guy, Brandon, learnt a bad thing from Kurt. That's why investors do not trust them. I don't understand why they could not fix the fraud and wrongful behavior even though they are facing a tremendous fine from Class action which drove their wrong guideline to the investors years ago.
I am so sad to say this has no hope, it was and it will be...

I never post in yahoo share forums but for this stock I make an exception. Seriously, look at Ballard, Plug, Hazer Group and any other hydrogen stock currently in the market and u will see how completely undervalued this stock is right now.

Xebec is making 100% revenue increase yoy while other hydrogen giants are struggling increasing their revenue sustainably. At a predicted 160mln cad revenue for 2022 this stock should at least be worth that and comparing it to others be valued at at least 500mln to 1bln cad. Dont be fooled by people like Maestro. He was claiming q1 would BLOW OUT earnings and suddenly he predicted the downfall. Use your brain, hold this stock and get rich with me.

Disclaimer: holding 6000 stocks at 2.13 cad average. No worries here.

I gotta say, this company is trading at prices not seen since Feb of 2019. The company has come a long way since then. I believe this is undervalued but money losing companies may continue to get smoked for the foreseeable future. This is a great entry point though I must say.

It’s must be time for D and Kink to do another pump push with their same brilliant fundamental analysis they did at $8 and $5 and $3. This is bottom. No this is bottom. No seriously , THIS is the absolute long term bottom !

In this market this thing could still lose another 75-80% easy based on how much financial trouble they got themselves into when cash was free for the last 25 years! This is a don’t touch till sub 25 cents!, and only if they can turn it around!

87 looks like the bottom today! Will reevaluate Tuesday when US markets reopen! If number look bad could be printing 74 cents as soon as next week! Man sure glad I didn’t sell at $1.12 this weeK. unlike SSNT and CLWT that have turned their business around and are poise to explode this one is an accumulate free shares for the next 12 to 18 months, not a hold!

    To who it may concern:

I just bought 1000 shares of Xebec at $0.84/share. Not because I think this will turn around but because I think I can pump it up enough to sell it before it makes new record lows.
