September 29, 2022--Williams (NYSE: WMB) today announced that based on expected strong third-quarter performance and expectations for the fourth quarter, and despite recent market weakness, the company anticipates its full-year Adjusted EBITDA will be near the high end of its previously announced guidance range of $6.1 to $6.4 billion." It's good to know this, especially due to the fact the rest of my portfolio (outside of energy related) is tanking big. LGB

Sept. 8, 2022 /Tailwater Capital has entered into a definitive agreement to sell NorTex Midstream, LLC ("NorTex") to WMB for $423 million.

Can't believe WMB is trading below 30. Thought I lost it after selling at 31 earlier in the year.

Not sure about the recent acquisition. They really could be increasing the distribution (the payout rate is fairly low for the amount of cash flow they generate), buying back stock, or even paying down their fairly substantial debt.

    Glorious yield

Any thoughts on value of WMB fixed assets and benefits of large fixed liabilities in an inflationary environment. Seems like a nice combination for equity holders.

Started adding a little more before prices move back up. Lots of geopolitics and propaganda in energy markets right now IMHO

As we get close to fall and winter transmission volumes through the pipeline is the key metric. If there is an aggregate 5%-7% rise in volume over the next 2 quarters a dividend raise is in the cards next year IMHO

and natural gas turns green on the day.... great things to come. expect dividend raise, again. printing $. GLTAL

A couple months ago when WMB was under 30, I took advantage of the dip. Looks like my prediction of double digit NG is here today. I thought when that happened, WMB would be 40% higher. Well it's only up 20%. I think this baby still has a lot of room to go up.

    Wmb 5% dividend $32 = a buy
    Paramount 4% dividend $23 = steal

A beat and a guidance raise and it’s down after hours. What gives?
  • R
Gosh, after strong results reported, I was expecting a pop and not a major drop.
Unusual to have a drop this big! Some analysts must not like the guidance? What is up?

Don't let the monkeys manipulate you out of your shares.

How is their dividend considered qualified?

nat gas still $8.50. and will be over $9 soon. even w drop in oil, very profitable to produce. long n strong

We need to hear about debt reduction and capex budget/over runs and delays. G&P is only 5% of the business so the volumes are critical along with new contracts. That capex is worrying me in respect to dragging down EPS.

oil and gas are just now coming back into favor...I think after the market rally of the past 6-10 weeks or so, where rotation moved out of oil/ is now swinging back to it and most think the NAZ will be in for some bad weeks/months following this rally, which bodes well for oil.gas and WMB...

Zacks came out with a very favorable report today for WMB...strongly expecting earnings next week will surpass the estimated earnings and year-over-year will be strongly advanced.
