Ian, they have the capital, permitted/renovated mill, broker, and pending sales with a great price on the spot gold. I know the ore processing projections were delayed a few months, but I believe we are very near the ramp up to full capacity production of the high grade ore. They a due for an update on the progress any day. They will be cashflow positive by end of Q1 2022 IMO, and I believe Joe Carrabba mentioned the possibility of dividends for shareholders at that point. With inflation at 5.2%, and China's Evergrande on the verge of a Lehman collapse, load up because the price of gold is going to soar. Have a great weekend and God bless.

Do Joe and Murray really care about the stockholders?

They’ve done an average of40 tons a day in August. If wrinkles ironed out and production gets on track it’s fine and all other issues will recede into the distance. Should know in two and a bit weeks.

The SEC has new rules out for OTC companies. Will we be able to still buy and sell Winston gold shares after the new regulations take affect?

Scott, they may be in a quiet period. they close to private placements in a three-week period and half of each placement was bought by Insiders. I tried emailing them 2 weeks ago, and had no response. they are a good candidate for a buyout IMO.

They still don't answer their phones and the web-site has not changed to reflect the resignation of their President/CFO/Director. Does anyone have new information on the geology of the project?

My take on this latest news release:

    1. Winston gets a $2million loan at 8.25% [This is not a bad rate for a new company and getting loans will taper dilution - so it is a good thing].
    2. The deal creates more equity dilution. [This is not great, but by my estimates WGC's financials remain good; especially under modest expansion scenarios].
    3. Winston signs a necessary offtake agreement with Ocean Partners. [Agreement is confidential but WGC needs an offtake agreement with some entity].
    4. Ocean Partners is a credible 110 person privately owned metals trading company headquartered in London. [I like that WGC has partnered with a strong company, and I suspect Ocean Partners did some good DD. They certainly know what WGC's concentrate looks like -and it must be good]
    5. OP's CFO will sit on WGC's board. [I like this as OP is obviously serious about their investment and can possibly help with future finance and direction].

Overall, I see the additional equity and debt financing helping WGC get firmly into production and start ramping up production. OP will be pushing this along. By my calculations, WGC makes good profit at 150 tons/day and very good profit at 225 ton/day. The investment should speed up the expansion. [Winston's small underground narrow vein mine model is good for quick permitting and allows trucking to remote mills. I see that the mill could be doubled or tripled in size in 12 months with no additional permitting Thus WGC can expand quickly in comparison to other mines - and without the impediment of having to raise money should be able to do so]

I see OP looking for a lot of expansion which will be good for them and all the other shareholders. Who knows, OP may even have the Glencore model in mind - Glencore started as a metals trading company and ended up as the world's largest mining company. I am thus bullish on this deal even though there is more dilution.

Winston has fast grown from a Junior explorer, to a Junior producer and has strong expansion potential with a very credible partner.

Thus I remain very bullish on the stock and look at the current low price as a screaming deal.

    What do you think?
