Yahoo! has been so bad lately - especially the WDH board. I like using (http://boomstox.info) now instead for my daily research.

Does anyone know how they make money? Revenue up but profit down. Appreciate any insights you may share.

When a company lose more money as it grows should a bad sign for the investors. The business model is not proven, management are not tested, regulatory environment is not conducive and lastly valuation is far ahead of the reality are just some of the key issues. This is a painful lesson for me and unfortunately many others.

Chinese companies getting battered on U.S. exchanges is becoming more frequent. My bad. Should have anticipated the Chinese government and U.S.-Chinese relationship tag-teaming this stock lower.

I think the company is desperately trying and testing many new offerings. So far nothing to show. It is a clear sign of weak management and poor leadership. The company valuation should be around $300 to $400 mil. We will see $1.00 soon. Very unfortunate.

Once this ipo levels out I’m going to pull the trigger … I can’t even imagine what a fin tech insurance company is going to be worth in Asia. I’m calling it now, Asian insurance companies are going to be the real winners over the next decade.

It appears to me that this is NOT a fin tech insurance company, rather it is insurance marketplace. I think the problem are:
1. Large and creditable insurance companies NOT participating 2. Fees or commission is too low 3. Questionable customer retention rate
I wish the company can clearly articulate what they do, how they grow profitably, clear and precise performance indicators. Many investors in China believe that this is charity organization (which they are NOT)
I own some shares at around $15. I wish and want them to succeed. Let's put some pressure on the company to be more transparent.
