While growth will be questioned in the future because EV will grow at expense of combustion, I think they are well positioned. I am thinking to buy some.

already a good buy at the current price. if it dips, i am adding more. its a no brainer. the stock value is definitely going to see a level up in couple of months.

Remarkable to see TSLA trading for 9x market cap of VW. Even EV at 5x.

VW extends its EV offering beginning 2022 with 2 new models: ID.5 and ID.5 GTX. That will be 6 different EV models! No question VW will be a big Player in the EV sector as demand is growing. Current SP is super cheap!

The wisest thing that should be on everyone mind currently should be to invest in different streams of income that doesn't depend on the government especially with the current economy crisis around the world

The problem is with this CEO. Instead following Musk so much in public addressing, good if he speaks about the legacy of German automaker. It’s good if he compares tsla and vw EVs and how a buyer could benefit, mostly saftest features and cost. Speaking once or twice about musk is acceptable but each time speaking about him sounds odd. I really wanted to invest but CEO statement few days before made me to avoid. VW, a company that owns best subsidiaries, needs a strong and self respected CEO. Representing such an automaker needs self credibility. It’s good if CEO understands it and speaks about vw. I liked his work ans decisions about EVs but behaving as a great fan of musk in public sounds odd. That should be his personal opinion and should not come out in public, which ruins vw image

I just finished reading an article in barons. After reading that article either Volkswagens EV division should be evaluated separately. Or they should spend it off I think it has a market cap at least $200 million

    $SQM conversation
RBC Capital Markets, LLC U.S. Auto Analyst Joseph Spak forecasts EVs will represent 11 percent of demand for new cars by 2025, with growth rates of some 40 percent per year, supported by regulations to phase out internal combustion engine vehicles. To date, at least 24 countries have proposed some form of zero-emission vehicle targets. For instance, the UK will ban the sale of new petrol and diesel cars from 2030.

Clearly VWAPY was the wrong VW ADR to own. I did the research and thought the disconnect to VWAGY was an opportunity, but that arbitrage experiment failed.

I'm currently out of VOW3 and PAH3. Will keep a close look on chips shortage developments and when that seems to ease , probably sometime next year, I'm moving back in. That's the only thing holding us - and the whole sector - down.

VWAPY PE at 5.82 and VWAGY at 8.33, and the only difference is voting rights?

It's quite funny that as of now LCID valuation is 1/3 of VW.

I remember commenting a few months ago saying this stock is the worst stock in my portfolio.

Invested 11 months ago and down 500$.

Dislike my comment all you want, be warned there are better plays out there, literally anything
