Optimist at heart, but man this stock is starting to resemble my xwife. No communication, no sign of caring to communicate. And what I could find about the recent testing doesn't seem yet to benifit us. Talking about being exited, are they serious, they need to focus harder on the business or get someone that can. Years of this poor management surrounding a fantastic technology and resource - urrrrgh.

Adriaan Bakker, VanadiumCorp's CEO, commented: "VanadiumCorp is excited to be working with Strategic, who has identified the potential of our patented green process technology. As the Mustavaara Project encompasses a formerly producing vanadium-iron- mine, it represents a potential paradigm shift toward green metallurgical recovery methods. Located in Finland, sustainable recovery of vanadium and other critical metals at Mustavaara would represent an exciting development in the region and the EU.

Received confirmation from the company that they are, at least one of, the batteries being tested relative to the energy effort noted below. Also sounds like news pending on their VEPT extraction process. Hoping for more than just another MOU announcement, but that's probably what it will be. Hope I'm wrong. One thing you have to give Adriaan and crew credit for, is getting out there an trying to get things going. Hope all the effort starts to produce results sometime soon.

Hi started investing in VCorp in March 2020 from over in England. What got me onboard were two things firstly the potential of the 100% owned V they have in the ground at Lac Dor’e and secondly the potential of their green technologies in the extraction of vanadium and the development on the battery side 👍

The latest from the company. I will just post as it was communicated to me, and let you draw your own conclusions.

I still think we are 3 weeks away from trading. Changes are coming and this won’t happen again. There will be news on a whole number of fronts prior to coming back to trade. Unfortunately I can’t elaborate more on that front. Lot’s of positive developments are in the works. The price of Vanadium is almost at $9 US/lb which is great. I also hear that the Quebec Government has approved a new major rail line project between the coast and Chibougamau to promote development in the area and solve the bottle neck in the rail capacity in the area. This is a major development.

Just found this site describing a new localized energy effort recently started in Europe. Coordinated by Cordeel, with one of the demonstration sites being Temse, Belgium. VCorp isn't mentioned specifically, that I see anyway, but Temse is where VCorp's battery is being tested and Cordeel is the parent company they're working with. Cordeel may very well be testing multiple batteries, but it certainly looks like VCorp is involved in this major energy effort. https://www.creators4you.energy/

Quick update from the company. They are confident they'll be trading again next week and have an update they plan to release just before they start trading again. No hint at the news although it sounds like it's coming out of the VEPT area, as opposed to the battery effort. We'll see if the news is enough to get all those ready to sell to hold off a bit longer. Happy weekend everyone.

Just noticed VCorp has rearranged the order of projects listed on their project status view. Have to assume they've done so, moving the battery effort to the top of the list, for a reason. News and a progress update on that pending? Makes me wonder.

Kind of hard to sort out the missing pieces right now. Suspended on the TSX and a posting, supposedly from Adriaan, saying their filing was delayed by covid. But there's also an announcement of now trading on the US OTC market, which I thought they already did, and that announcement states you have to be current with your filings in order to qualify. I'm sure all will be resolved soon, but an interesting day.

After several tries, I did finally hear back from VCorp. Sounds like the financial filings are still a few weeks out, so look for the trading halt to go on for another month or so. Was told progress continues on their various projects and multiple announcements are likely to be released before the halt is lifted. Surprised by that, as I didn't think they could announce anything material during a halt. Maybe that's not the case.

Help with my schizophrenia. I’m no scientist or judge of the future. But I’m invested in 2 companies that have what seems to have identical platforms. One is of this board, (APAFF) the other is a LGORF. LGORF looks to be 10x the $. Can someone explain the advantages/disadvantages of each?

Great to see the increased activity on the board. Been a very lonely place for a very long time, hasn't it Pete. Hope to keep seeing more and more as interest and investment in VCorp grows. Expecting to see their financials posted on sedar today. If not, we may see another trading halt, but this time for the wrong reason.

You know an investment's gone bad when all you can do is laugh. I see my 'trading in 3 weeks' posting is now 3 weeks old.

They still exist, Pete, but not much left. They just filed their financials through June, on October 13th. I have more cash in the bank then they do, and I'm nowhere near wealthy, so that tells you the state of their finances. The are working desperately to be traded again so they can raise some funds to continue ops. Looks like a race against the clock.

VCorp has filed for a withdrawal of the cease order and announced a general stockholder meeting. Your chance to sell may be coming soon, Pete.

Trading halted before the open this morning. Hope I'm wrong, but I suspect they are late getting their annual financials in. Been watching for them on SEDAR, which you can link to from VCorp's website. Also had an inquiry in asking if they've been filed, with no reply. Even if I'm right, not the end of the world. Hope I'm wrong though and the halt relates to an announcement.

Interesting change on VCorp's website. If you click on the project status link, all that comes up is the ship battery project. Nothing new on that, but it is more prominently displayed. Would almost appear they are going "all in" on that effort. May just be that they are transitioning or changing what they display as a "project'.

News last night (12/31) about the $500,000 private placement...seems encouraging. Do you all agree?
