Recap: email from Draganfly, asked about the release news letter on Nov 10th between UAV and Dragan. Here is the response, please post it on ceo.ca if anyone has an account .... “Firstly thank you for being a shareholder and your trust. As you can see from that press release dated Nov 10, it basically outlines all the detail of this transaction. So currently, we are leasing with the option to buy assets from subsidiaries of Global UAV. These are specific Lidar assets that compliment well into our own subsidiary that has a real focus on geophysical mapping, and we hope to be a cornerstone in our overall business. This partnership and potential actual acquisition of these assets currently add revenue to Global and is just a part of their larger business operations and strategy which I cannot comment on. If we indeed exercise our option to purchase, you can see from the press release Global will get an additional cash injection and DFLY stock as well. The relationship goes back a way in that we always have full respect for our competitors and anybody for that matter in the drone and data industry, especially in Canada. It’s a small community and we know each other well. This agreement stemmed from those relationships and found that it made sense for both companies and strategies.

The combination of COVID - 19 and recent corporate events have left the Company with a need to evaluate its present position and in aid of making the Company stronger going forward the Board of Directors will be seeking new Board members, possibly restructuring and recapitalizing the Company.

Jeff Stevens, known in multiple merger and acquisitions while building a successful business was on board on May 2020. Then, on Nov 2020 UAV sign an exclusive Option to Acquire with Dronelogics Systems Inc. ("Dronelogics"), a subsidiary of Draganfly Inc., "Global UAV Technologies is a market leader in the UAV sector,” said Scott Larson, Draganfly President. “This transaction allows us to expand our service offering, branch into new industries, particularly the mining and resource sector, and continue to be an innovation leader". On Friday, DFLY was on fire, be patience, our time will come. This will follow DFLY, people will also be looking at the alternative cheapest stocks. Also, UAV are restructuring and recapitalizing their business model to adapt in the new era. GLTA!
