Trans Canada Gold Corp. engages in the acquisition, exploration, and development of oil and gas, and mineral resource properties in Western Canada and the United States. It holds interests in the Crippleback Lake gold project comprising 121 mineral claims totaling an area of 3,025 hectares located in Central Newfoundland; and the Gold Crow gold project that covers an area of approximately 15,185 hectares located in Pickle Lake, Ontario. The company also holds interest in the Dinorwic gold property that consists of 714 non-surveyed contiguous mining claims covering an area of approximately 14,880 hectares located in the northwest of Dryden, Ontario. The company was formerly known as Arctic Hunter Energy Inc. and changed its name to Trans Canada Gold Corp. in January 2021. Trans Canada Gold Corp. was incorporated in 2006 and is headquartered in Vancouver, Canada.
