New rules proposed by the Department of Energy may mean a reduced, or even no, federal tax credit for electric vehicles made in North America.
Tesla (TSLA) is warning buyers that two versions of its Model 3, the rear-wheel drive and long-range model, may not be eligible to receive the full $7,500 EV tax credit in the US.
