Why would AC sell off/dispose Sky Regional to Chorus and then still buy TRZ? There is no way this deal will go through.

I was never offered a choice to take AC shares so does that mean if merger goes through \i only get paid out $5 per share? I bought them at $5.21 per share back in Nov/Dec 2020- should I just sell now and recoup my investment?

Still a lot of difficult time ahead but don't see reasons for people sold all their shares for a big loss !!?.

I thought Canada was going to wait for the EU to reject before they said anything so they dont look bad. Its good they approved but the statement released by air transat just now doesnt look too good to me. First half of 2021 now is the expected date to hear.. I got out the other day up a nice chunk. I will still watch closely to catch some upcoming dips

My friend work in Transat told me that the deal won’t go through. No way Air Canada will acquire such aging fleets from Transat. There might be a private firm overtaking the deal.
