Think Research Corporation (THNK.V)

This is the best valued telehealth stock available. Low valuation relative to earnings. They have seen an improvement in cash, earnings, revenue and a better EBITDA year over year. Way too cheap compared to Well and CloudMD, which have seen stretched evaluations. THINK has signed deals with many Ontario hospitals already, and with the digitization of healthcare all of Ontario’s and Canada’s hospitals will have THINK’S software within them in order to improve efficiency. Also with it being a recent IPO after making acquisitions, you don’t have to worry about them issuing new shares and diluting the value of your shares, as this was their financing. Well and CloudMD will need to issue equity sooner. A great and unique company that is way too cheap to be ignored.

Still cannot believe how cheap this is still at this level. Not even a 170 million dollar market cap while other companies are not generating any revenues and are knocking on the 1 billion mark LOL. Deals with governments already in place, Ontario government for example, we already are established on three continents, while other telehealth stocks are just starting to enter international markets like the US. They will have to issue equity soon diluting their share prices where as THINK has already financed their growth in the past and with a new round of equity financing through their IPO late last year, not too concerned with THINK issuing new shares anytime soon. They are much more diverse as virtual care is just one part of their portfolio. They are also the largest provider of institutional pharmaceutical services in Canada. Blows my mind how cheap this still is.
