If anyone is looking for a junior trucking company that's severely undervalued right now, its ttr.v
    -$108m market cap
-$350m in revenue and 30.38m EBITDA ttm
    -paying a 3.25% dividend
-$227m in assets including $14m cash
-tripled revenue in the last 5 years
-12th largest trucking company in canada
-$2.46 share price and an analyst price target of $5.92

The price recently fell from 3.60 to where it's at now thanks to an ebitda miss as they integrate their most recent acquisition of ITS but management stated they expect margins to get back to normal next quarter.

Not a single question from the analysts about what the growth rate and profitability of GFP was for the quarter? I don't think the analysts realize how profitable the GFP product is, and how it is propping up the overall profitability and profit margins of TForce. Meanwhile, TForce daily shipment count is now down to around 30,000 and TForce has begun to shut down service centers because there's not enough freight to offset the fixed costs and generate a profit. This is the same old and tired story that we've seen time and time again with unionized carriers in the good ole USA. The LTL industry used to be dominated by union carriers, but vast majority have gone bankrupt since 1980, or are a small fraction of the size they used to be. UPS Freight / TForce is no different, and we've already seen it shrink in size, laying off thousands of Teamster employees, and now begin to close service centers. A significant recession coupled with UPS eventually severing ties with TForce on selling GFP could potentially lead to material losses down the road. Love to hear the optimism from TFII CEO about the future of TForce, but he is very, very naive and clearly doesn't realize how much more competitive the LTL industry is in the USA versus Canada. His optimism will soon fade as the realities set in that he purchased a tired, old, and dilapidated LTL carrier with below average service product and the highest unionized cost structure in the industry.
