With SV only having 29 million shares in the float. One would think after the merge this will have no where to go but up.

See ya'll on the other side. Lets' hope for a good first day as SMR.

I see there are a plethora of folks on here mulling over the short term share price. I'll say it again, this is a very LONG term investment, not a quick trade or meme stock pump and dump job. Come on people, where are the genuine investors? The writing is on the wall, via global policy, concerning the direction of the future of energy, and therefore the propensity this company has.

Most retail investors invested in SPACs lose 15% in the first year. How’s this one different with no SMR’s set to be built and running for a few years still?
I just bought entry position as not sure how it will trade come Thursday. Will our SV shares begin trading as SMR right after vote? Sounds like it from what I read.
J
Looks like on May 3rd SMR will be on the Big Board. Vote approved.

This suit that was filed is hurting things. Why did they have to do this at the last minute. Im still bullish here
M
Typical SPAC immediately after mergers are complete…
G
Schwab sent out materials to SV shareholders today offering approximately $10.10 per share for shares tendered. Is the tender offer a regulate and expected stage of the conversion process? Didn't make sense to me to accept the offer.
H
Looks like May 3rd will be trading under new symbol SMR so long as the Vote tomorrow 4/28 goes as planned.
H
Can we close the week out over $12? Would be great to see this take off!
Just popping in for a quick visit. Have they announced the merger date yet?
V
It's time to go up into the future together

Little old New Zealand, where I'm from, could do with a few SMRs from NuScale, since we're phasing out oil and gas, supposedly. Sadly our country is "nuclear free". But sure isn't stopping me from investing in this great company. Nuclear energy is certainly the most efficient viable option for the whole zero carbon initiative that is trying to be achieved globally. NuScale's small modular reactors are very innovative. So I see this company doing very well long into the future.

Good luck to all.
Vote approved.
