We SVBL speculators are fortunate, Indeed! Yes, Sierra Mojada's 43-101 resource calculations and pre-feasibility studies indicate exceptional potential as a world class zinc/silver producer... This huge poly-metal trove attracted SOUTH32 to assist defining new sulfide discoveries with exploration dollars and an option to JV this Mexican property. SM's wealth in the ground has been ignored in a junior with a market cap under $20 million! Why so steep a discount? The labor blockade and lawsuits fomented by a tiny cabal of radical miners have accomplished little! The courts have consistently ruled in favor of the company. Of course, uncertainty devalues equities. COVID is ravaging the two towns adjacent to the historic mines. Difficulties down there haven't diminished South32's keen interest. Happily, the SVBL team realized that securing another prospective opportunity could augment their flagship asset. That determination rewards us! The exciting Kazakhstan property emphatically suits this company's evolution to a more diverse and dynamic enterprise. Yes, one that will require raising development capital that's acquired thru issuance of shares from treasury. The restructuring and money raising happening will prove the wisdom of board and management's decisions positioning SVBL for what will be a most pleasing outcome! I'm Voting For Management's Proposals!

The agreement between SVBL and South 32 was entered into June of '18. SVBL announced that the option had been exercised an extended another year by South 32 on May 1st 2019 so I am expecting news on whether South 32 renews their option any day along with news concerning the blockade.

It would be unrealistic to assess a non-producing mine at 100% NPV from its mines that will not produce for many years.Based on the 2013 PEA, Sierra Mojada’s NPV would be around 572M with the silver at $ 26. At its stage of development, I believe that an evaluation between 20 and 30% of the NPV would be reasonable, that is to say + -143M $ US as long as the dispute is decided favorably for SVB. South32nd by setting the value of 70% of the Sierra Mojada project to 100 million dollars, implies a value of 142.8M for the whole, which corroborates the 143M.For Beskauga, based on the seller's 2018 presentation, we see an NPV of 1170M. Gold and copper prices have increased ($ 1,700 vs. $ 1,250 ounce and $ 8,000 vs. 6,500 / t) but the 43-101 volumes on 02/16/2021 are down. We are still very far from feasibility and production, so for the evaluation I would give a very small percentage of NPV.So even without taking Beskauga into account, SVB could be valued at at least 143M or $ 4.27 per title, say $ 5 with Beskauga. But the big problem is the RESOLUTION OF THE LITIGATION, I'm afraid nothing will move until the judgment.

Reverse split was necessary to attract buyers to this stock. Also, new offering will likely allow making payroll for few quarters ahead. However, it is hard to believe that any value still exists here. Perhaps, the only chance is that Mojada blockade removed, drilling resumes and south32 is still interested and on top of this, something can be still found in mojada. Hard to say how big the chance is in total.

The most important event related to the project's development has occurred and was released in the news today. Kudos to Tim Barry for the potential South32 partnership.

To read GEMINI's post initially annoyed me... I was simply gonna ignore a foolish fellow... Then, naturally, I considered the astrological aspect of those born under that sign > > > Two Faces! > > > So, I shall do the right thing and offer some helpful guidance understanding junior exploration outfits of which SVBL is one terrific example! I suppose there are over 1,000 "juniors" listed which can be looked at via their websites and most are unhappily bound to fail... Yes, plenty of Vancouver so-called mining stocks are "moose pasture" and often it's a promoter's creative specialty to float a bunch of stock, run it up with exciting hype, hoping for that feeding frenzy to unload big-time and have another "great story" to tell comrades at the bar. Those characters, the guys right out of central casting, made tons of money and drove Italian cars BUT dejected shareholders were all too often holding the sack! I've been there, know of what I write! Now, in my 80s, I've learned my lessons and want you to benefit, dear GEMINI, from an elder speculator's experience. Essential that you grasp this fundamental nugget: SVBL is not a mining company; SVBL is a junior exploration company! Yes, they are often considered by less-astute investors as one and the same, but they are NOT. Our planet's "endowment" geologically is enormous but, from man's earliest beginnings discovering and utilizing the riches lurking in hidden places, the FINDERS (Prospectors) rarely stayed with their discoveries and sold out to the highest bidder because MINERS, frankly, are doing the routine stuff, blasting, hauling, breaking, refining and creating dependable money. They're big boring companies that RELY UPON the junior explorers to come up with their next big producer! Top-tier exploration geologists are rare birds: Adventuresome, capable of tedious hunting for those "signs" in often harsh environments and they're rarely on mining company payrolls. Mining companies pick up the junior's obviously feasible prospects, low risk ones, because hundreds of millions of dollars need be raised to build a big mine! SVBL is an incredible "nugget" because they've attracted what I'd suppose is one of Earth's best miners, SOUTH32, enamored of the Sierra Mojada historic mining district and advancing funds for further definition of that trove and they're legally in a position to exercise an option for 70% of what's there... a big SVBL plus. In addition, the Beskauga, Kazakhstan, nugget is a company builder by itself... someone else found it, a Swiss syndicate did some funding and exhausted themselves, willing sellers, and Tim Barry, not bored in the slightest, took a look and couldn't believe the advanced state proving the property worthy... IMHO SVBL has not one but two highly prospective land holdings, big in area and big in underlying untapped VALUE. The junior explorers "groom and package" opportunities for the big boys, who have London, New York and Toronto financiers to help buy their juicy properties, once highly speculative, mighty risky, yet in time they're ripe for plucking! Aren't we plungers convinced of SVBL bonanzas? SVBL runs a lean operation, tightens their belts because by keeping overhead low funds raised can focus on building a geologic body of evidence that sizzles... always requires more money as success in the field demands it... and that comes from vending blocks of new stock from treasury, some may call it dilution, but that fresh capital BUILDS VALUE which is why we're beginning to witness some stirring going on as more institutional and savvy investors discover what's going on here. You, dear friend, were foolish to vote against management's and reliable evaluators of these matters BEST ADVICE which is to facilitate timely and adequate additional funding to advance their projects, rename the company to MAXMET which so wonderfully describes the multi-metal commodities awaiting harvest! I wish I hadn't gone on so, my soapbox called, and I urge you to stick with this glittering nugget in the making because I'm blessing you with a lifetime's ups and downs and don't want to get stuffed into my crypt before I let you know WHAT'S SO! > > > PEACE!

NOBODY CARES! Dead issue stock. Nobody thinks the team is going to pull it off. Otherwise, a report where you say that you have millions of ounces in the ground with a new signed contract should gain attention. But not this one... your 60 cent stock opens FLAT and then doesn't trade more than 20,000 shares in the first hour. This stock is dead to the world because management hasn't figured out how to treat shareholders like real owners.
