This company is talking reverse split of 20 to 1. What is your opinion? I have seen a couple of reverse splits all sold in the name of building shareholder value, most have done the opposite. I hold the score (SCR.TO), they did a 10 for 1 reverse split, so the share price went from $5.00 to $50. About two months later the share price had declined to $20. Where is the shareholder value? I'm not convinced the price will ever go back to $50, however if there was no reverse split, I think the shares would still be worth $5.00 or more.
Does anyone have any good examples of a successful reverse split?
