Serbian government blasts green groups for scuttling Rio's lithium project

Serbian politicians on Friday blasted environmentalists for forcing them to scuttle Rio Tinto Plc's proposed $2.4 billion lithium project, warning the move could hurt efforts to grow and diversify the Balkan country's economy.
