So tempted to buy more. The dilution affect is temporary of production keeps increasing. Will wait a few days to see if we drift lower.

I have yet to see this as a positive:

I view the November production numbers as very concerning. This is the 11th month of production numbers from RPM. During 2017 FC has placed over 56K ounces of gold on the leach pad (Press release data) and has sold 21,460 ounces of gold. The PEA indicted gold recoveries of over 70% with a 45 day leach curve. Full PEA production tonnages were met in June of 2017. My interpretation of the data is there is something wrong here. The 3491 ounces of sales in November is only a bit ahead of Aprils production of 3,094

I don't know anything about Alio Gold but at least Rye Patch Management realized they could not become a mid tier producer under their direction. We in US terms are only getting about $1.20/share which is around $.20/share before reverse split? Pretty sad outcome but hopefully Alio management and the company outlook is brighter. Need to do some major research.

Anyone smarter than me with a read on the numbers? No real difference to me as I'm slightly under water and don't see any other brilliant places to put the cash. But I do try to understand what I own.

Does anyone here really know just how great these results are? Originally the grades were around .5 gram. So we are anywhere from 2X, 3X, or even 4X the grade with these recent holes. Looks like we are going to get much more mine life and better numbers going forward in production at Florida C. As long as gold stays down we won't get any huge move in the miners. In fact, most of the past years we hit near the lows for the year on the last week of Dec. I think that is a good time to buy / add. Rye has been doing very well and I only expect bigger and better things next year. Let's hope gold and silver make that moon shot move all the experts have been talking about for some time. Still have a nice position and waiting to add.

I haven't posted here in a long time. First, there wasn't a dilution of shares, it is the opposite. Though market history suggests more often than not traders react by selling. They call it share consolidation.
Whereas. if there was a share split there would be more shares and the price of the stock gets cut in half and that is dilution. But the traders react as if that is awesome and share prices usually go up over time. I believe that Bill had pressure from the investors to make the share structure look more attractive. I was fine where it was before.
I like many of you are not crazy about this change. It gives an illusion that the stock is worth less.
Second, When it comes to selling, I suggest to wait for the production numbers and see if they fall in line, are better, or below where they should be. So far the numbers have been trending up from month to month. lastly, for those that are just calculating gold, please don't forget we produce some silver here as well. FYI, Over the year that amt still adds up to about a million dollars.for now. It is not nothing and if the metal prices finally move where they are supposed to we have a really decent producing company. Good Luck to all.

Glad to see that Rye is focused on completing repayment of the credit facility by year-end. This debt reduction will certainly play strongly into valuation.

I have seen a lot of people have lots of concerns about the company. Here are the top ten reasons why you should feel as confident as I do about Rye. FYI I have been a long time investor here . I have been to many investor mining expos and even met the President of Rye, William Howald

    1) Experienced management : William used to work for Placer Dome. He brought this tiny company from practically nothing (1 in thousand chance of succeeding to produce to now) and has been aggressive.
a)His purchase of the Florida mine and his swift move on the property that was formally owned by CDE are examples
    b) Took low grade ( .5 gram tonne) and produced thousands a month
    c) won safety award again -solid management
    2) Ramping up production, numbers improve from month to month
    3) Underestimating production
    4) continuing to Proving up greater resouces
    5) Last mining results were anywhere from double the grades to at least 4 times current numbers from Florida
    6) President has been periodically purchasing shares throughout the year
    7) Rye is located in prolific region of gold and can find more in this area
    8) In a few years they will be a solid 200,000 oz mid tier producer
    9) Lots of coverage 3 major players in Streetwise reports covering this little guy soon to be a bigger guy
    10) Undervalued at only 20 cents!!!!! .......Analyst says it is worth 70 cents Canadian !!

I'm just giving the top Ten here. It is pretty solid. Its food for thought. Now eat up!

    Happy New Year!

And may we have a wonderful golden year to come!

Shakey you really should have an exit strategy rather than ride a stock up and down. I had been one of the biggest supporters of this stock/ company. Though the fundamentals changed recently. Also we haven't heard what the numbers are yet. I will check the site again see if I missed anything. But you should sell if things are not going well. It shouldn't be I'm in too deep to stop now. That to me is more like gambling. I can say that more often than not , that if things go badly you should get out. I once got out of a position in a company that was 1.60 and went down to 80 cents. I sold it and it went down to the 20-30 cent area. It currently is around 30 cents. Glad I am out even though I lost money

I also have a large position and I was thinking of dumping this until I heard something about this company. Fortunately, we got some much needed great positive news yesterday. I'm also hoping that Rye will be at the next Metals and Mining conference so I can ask Bill directly face to face like last year, the tough questions. The conference is usually in NYC and In May. In any case, I still need more feedback from the company. I am weighing my options.

Wondering how the long before we hear any news as a result of the strategic review. Assuming it could take months.

A Rye Patch insider purchased shares in the Offering that just closed. I would think this would be a good sign..

All the miners are down substantially. Though Rye is doing pretty good considering. If this were a bull market in the precious metals Rye would be double, triple or more by now. Even my best mining stocks lost 20-30%. And those are the quality miners recommended by some of the "experts" in the industry. So hold on and/ or add on the last week of Dec. Things will change for us next year.

Alio taking a big hit. Seems their investors are not initially happy with the news. We'll see how it plays out.
