rnw is a good place to park some money and avg down when/if they dip. I like that dividend and also feel good about their trajectory
D
Did another wind farm fall over?
j
We are getting close to buy territory again. Hard to turn down a 5.5% dividend paid monthly.
B
Taking some here. Even with the problems, I feel that 16.25 is a solid entry point.
B
This thing is a pure buy under 17.00.
A
Buying the Dip. Sweet
c
Remember to buy high and sell low.
C
TransAlta will continue to grow, and the dividend will only go up over time. Where else can you make over 5% compounded monthly in a safe way?
E
Id like to own enough shares of this to be able add shares from the dividend each month..... Waiting on the next dip to buy a chunk.
m
Any info about RNW changing the dividend Mentioning that end of this month is going to be announced possibly Any thoughts or info Thanks
A
Will we see under $17cdn this week? I'd like to load up again and hold towards the next x div date.
S
Thoughts on this dropping to $17-$17.50 in the next week
E
Would you say this company is slightly undervalued right now or around average?
K
why is red today
C
Funny, when I owned this stock it dropped everyday now after I sold it goes up everyday, Murphy’s law
j
how many stocks should i buy in transalta renewables to make it worth while. im new at this.
S
This is seriously long term hold, not only are they strong growth for the foreseeable future but they also pay dividend. A gem.
B
I bought this a long time ago for around 11.00 not a huge gainer in terms of share price, but its always going up while paying its rock solid dividend. Its not moving as quickly as a BEP or others in its sector but its a sure thing. Even at these prices your getting a deal and a long term hold.
R
Back to $19 when they announce insurance will cover some of the costs. This only puts more fire under management to do a better job. Brookfield owns a big chunk of TA and TA owns controlling interest in RNW so no doubt they will be encouraging management to do a better job.....wake up time!!
S
Since you guys have more experience and are more familiar wit this company, what's a good entry point you recommend for a long term hold? I love renewable energy companies as I can only expect the role of renewable energy to increase in society
Mentioning that end of this month is going to be announced possibly
Any thoughts or info
Thanks
