The Air Force will be biased toward GE the president wants to bolster jobs here, unless RYCEY has factories in America. Unless Rolls Royce technology has clear advantage.

The US Airforce is set to announce the vendor to complete the engine replacement for the B-52 fleet -- total of 608 units. RYCEY is one of the finalists. They have a very good chance of getting this high-margin work. Announcement is supposed to be today.

RYCEY shares are trading at $1.61 today... RYCEY shares traded at $21.20 on December 1, 2013... Some of the people on this message board are going to make a $2-$3 million dollar profit on their Rolls Royce investment.

Folks I would be on cloud nine if RR were awarded the B 52 contract
But my gut feeling says GE will get it mainly because Old Joe is Trump in disguise : everything he says about cooperation with our friends is actually smoke and mirrors : it’s America First all the way !!
As a Brit I’m patriotic and probably biased but I think we all agree RR make the best engines in the world
However this time I think we will be overlooked
We have good momentum now let’s crack the 138p resistance and get to double digit prices (pounds or dollars 😀)
    👍👍

Rolls-Royce (OTCPK:RYCEY, OTCPK:RYCEF) is awarded a contract to provide upgraded engines for the U.S. Air Force's B-52 bomber fleet in an award that could grow to $2.6B, the Department of Defense announces, beating out General Electric (NYSE:GE) and incumbent Pratt & Whitney (NYSE:RTX).
Rolls-Royce was given an initial six-year $501M base contract to supply 608 engines for installation on the Air Force's 76 active-duty and reserve B-52s, which could grow to $2.6B if all options are exercised.

When RYCEY reaches $5 per share, expect a quick move to $6.5.
    1. A lot of Mutual Funds / Hedge Funds cannot buy a stock less than $5 so above $5 and LOTS of Financial Institutions will BUY In.
    2. At $5 the stock can be bought on margin. This is HUGE.

    Just an FYI.

FYI, the Monte Carlo Simulation on 1000 runs showed 990 of 1000 runs profitable with average gain of 287% return in 12 months.
And that does NOT include them now saving $1.2Billion per year in expenses since they repaired Trent engine costly maintenance issue. That is a direct $1,2Billion profit to bottom line since internal expense is now GONE.
So add that into the Simulation and avg percent number would skyrocket way past 287% 12 month return.

IF anyone out there is looking for a bottom fish and thats most low priced shares with somewhat of a potential to be a ten bagger .RR is my pick but do your due diligence first and you will find out its worth the time.

Per Market Watch Analysts poll of 18 recommendations, average 12 month price is $4.90 or 275% gain from today; and upper expectation of $6.77 per share is a 380% gain FROM Today.

Then Monte Carlo Simulation shows 990 out of 1000 runs being net positive and 285% gain average in 12 months.

That is ALSO BEFORE Todays B-52 Contract Award Announcement.

Also, come December 5th, the 52 week high will drop to $1.87 and we are at $1.78 and hit $1.80 intraday high so we will have the “Making New 52 week High” push to go higher.

Hence, even if a short term market hiccup causes a pull back, hold for 2 years and you will be very Happy Camper.

Guys, the fact is that RYCEY also makes electric airplanes which has a lot of potential for future growth.

Where the haters at? Probably miffed they sold at a huge loss. This is why you average down and don’t panic sell. I was down 34K, now I’m up 13K.

Recently had to fly through schiphol (one of europe's biggest airports) for business & foot traffic seemed to be almost back to "normal". Estimate 70% pre 2020 levels perhaps? This should boost RRU! Also the new defense deal between UK-USA-AUS should be a positive for RRU for years imo. RRU is an integral component of UK's defense sector and is a pillar of research & development in the UK.

After hours trading at $1.69 according to Robinhood account.
Already Crossed into buy zone so accelerating upward Trend.

RYCEY already Completed repair issue on Trent engine which was costing them over $1.2B in expenses. Add that back into income profit column along with all the cost savings, no dividend payout expense and we have a profit making company at only 40% of flight already so huge upside profit increase on ANY air travel increase from the 40% level and the return to normal had vastly improved profit over prepandemic levels.
The $4.87 price target average price expected in 12 months on Marketwatch is now looking conservative and the $6.87 price high in 12 months on Marketwatch a lot more likely.
It’s a good week and going higher.
