This company is NOT CASH FLOW POSITIVE. As of 12/31/2021 they had a $ 11,679,000 LOSS even tho their annual revenue skyrocketed during 2021. As a real estate agent myself, I do not see how their expenses for 2022 will be any lower or better than they were in 2021. In fact, they collected a huge amount of sign up fees from new agents in 2021, which they may not have for 2022. The fact that the stock has been on a steady decline for several months tells you the market is forecasting doom for this start up. Also I suspect that many agents will leave the company once they find out how difficult it is to get new business with little or no brokerage support other than by e-mail and telephone. The one year thatshare price forecast for $ 3 + that Yahoo shows is ridiculous and will never happen.

I am in. It will be a long road but this one is cash flow positive. How many tec companies do you know funding growth from internal cash flows?

Anyone who went to work for these guys as an agent and signed up for stock options, can see clearly now what their "stock options" are going to be worth. NOTHING.

Please note that the market cap of EXPI is $9.3 BILLION vs. REAXF's $332 MILLION!

I don't know about you, but that spells an unbelievable OPPORTUNITY! This could be life-changing!

I saw the video they put on YouTube, and while it was nice to meet the CEO - he focused a lot on how he is turning 45, he has another child on the way and that life is good. Seems like a nice guy. I asked some questions, but the comment is not being displayed. Questions from an investor: 1) I see that you have someone from EXP on board - are you going to pattern the entire company after EXP, or do you have some minor differences? 2) What is your plan on getting onto a major exchange? How do you plan on getting your stock value up to the point where you can be on a major exchange? 3) What percentage of the company dollar are you going to reinvest into the company, and at what point will company dollar be rewarding the investors with growth or dividends? 4) It appears that some "Insiders" of the company basically sell their stock as the vesting period ends. Are they going to stay with the company, or are they just there long enough to cash out of whatever compensation plan they were offered at the beginning and move on? 5) As you are a non-brick & mortar company, what type of online and digital content is available today for your agents, and what is planned for the near future? Do you have referral pipelines set up between the brokerages that you have already opened, so agents can refer buyers and sellers within the company? Or are they left to refer people to other companies in other areas? 6) Do you have a lead generation system where you are providing free leads to your agents? A national IDX website where buyers and sellers can go and search for available properties or agents in their area? Just a few questions from a Real Estate Broker who owns some of your stock, but would like to see more detail in some of your videos and promotions. Thanks!

    Just think about it...
Being at OTC (temporarily) for an unknown great company is GREAT because the SMALL investors can buy before the big time investors become aware of it--which starts only when it gets listed in big stock exchanges!

When you wait till listing happens, that could be too late because you have to play catch up and FOMO ---because most people would suddenly know about it--and price could already have gone up substantially by then.

As EXPI grew with more tools and systems in place is when stock price increased. It wasnt always as polished as it is now so and growing very fast....now buying REAXF and just staying patient. Kicking myself everyday as I had 3000 shares of EXPI at $2.00 and sold prematurely never again.....
