there are new installment payment apps out there now- that are supported by major retailers. won't that impact RCII?

The current stock price is not indicative of the recent success and potential growth for the company. This stock should trade higher in the short term with long term growth still intact. Big Banks still have this rating as a Strong Buy even after the sell off. If you are prospective of this stock, consider the timeline on their buyback program and the fact that RCII has an average price 56.01. FYI... My price average is 45.00 and I own about 100 contracts of the NOV 19' 45 Calls. Far lower than the institution's cost basis...

Subprime rent to own has barely achieved penetration so huge upside growth is coming. RCII has already been profitable and is set up to benefit from the coming BNPL surge. Wait and they shall come

Rent to own appeals to consumers facing uncertainty, those who don’t have the cash to pay for an item up-front and who don’t have access to credit to charge the item to a card now and worry about the payment later. Also the lease is flexible and the earlier you pay off or return the item the less you pay.

i went to the website ..i think it is kind of sad that people have to rent stuff like that. a handbag? 12 months to own? a chair? what has the world come to when you have to rent a chair to sit on? i guess if you dont have a couch to sleep on, you can avoid sleeping on the floor for a little while if you rent it from rent-a-center ...

Solid report....but no increase in guidance....actually lowered the high end.... I will buy more at under $52....the stock has dropped from $67....the PE is 8.5X....too cheap....especially when considering the good dividend...

They have 170M on its current share repurchasing program with an institutional average price of $56.01... SEC regulation states a company has to wait 48 hours after earnings for a company to buy back their own shares. Considering the circumstances, I feel like we are lined up for a big gap up. This would be a perfect time for the company to start buying, and because of this, I put my whole life savings in the NOV 19' 45 calls. Wish me luck...

Last earing drop was brutal erasing all year gains. I double down since then this is so undervalue and under the radar. Lowering the high end of the guidance don't deserve a 20% drop, management is jut getting prudent.

I don't get it....Must have been a terrible conference call (couldn't listen to it)....but their forecast for the year was still almost unchanged...unless they forecast a bad following year....

why would someone do rent to buy? you get raked over the coals. with interest rates this low, it is cheaper to get a loan from a bank or even put it o a credit card that is offering low interest for a period. i would either buy the product if i want it, or rent if i need something temporarily and plan to return it. that is just me.

I bought more today - it's an incredible deal. The drop seemed completely unwarranted though - any clues why people sold off so aggressively?

I don't how I tumble to this hiding gem. This has a great potential obviously not very popular stock I think not a lot of people know about how great was the acima acquisition. This is getting undervalue I just started a position. I am impress!!! I thought Affirm was the dominates player with all the buzz with partnerships but they don't have the revenues and the profitability for RCII. And it has repurchase program plus dividends!

Affirm all time high and this with steady growth undervalue... Lowered the guidance on supply issues normalization of business compare to last year stimulus checks.
