Next week will be very telling for quis. Was this a quick pump and get out or are we starting to see the upward trend take shape as it should. Holding long either way. Pumped to be back in the money. Average is 68.8 cents

Something i forgot to mention guys from the call is that the company targeted QSR businesses for ledger pay. They went after bizz that were open during covid and bizz with 100s of stores so they can scale the technology thru these companies. Stay patient guys.

Some anecdotal observations from conference call. Questions from the institutions centred around ledger pay rev captured in quarter and what to expect in following quarters and the trade off in marketing/admin expenses to realize that rev. CEO Mike said marketing expenses wont change much as they have already been incurring those costs for ledger pay, admin sales team will grow as an expense but it will grow with bizz.

Questions about the CRG convertible note that occured. I cant explain it in great detail but it seems to have avoided some dilution of shareholders.

20% organic growth q over q. Mentioned that acquisitions of crg and menlo prior to covid were key to keeping company visible and viable as a solution for bizz to use quis. Smaller companies in their ecosystem have been hit bad by covid but quis has been in a position to capitalize it seems from comments made.

Picked up on a generally positive and optimistic tone from MR and MM.

Added 15% to my position @.64 today.

    Cheers

Not sure why people are giving me thumbs down...I just want to know why they are in debt so much? I really want to put money into this considering they have a great company and product

Results are out. Nailed the estimation of rev between 13-14mil. This is a positive earnings and quarter that should see us jump

I expect we’ll get a release for earnings before the end of the week. For a date next week. 25th would be my bet. They like tuesday releases

Looks like this got shorted down hard before earnings. Best way to make money for market movers. Earnings going to be stellar. This will be over $1 in 3 months.

We have earnings after the bell next Wednesday August 26th

    2019 Q2 Rev: $4,080,000 mil
    2019 Q2 GM: $1,745,000 mil
    2019 Q2 Net loss: $1,836,000 mil
    2019 Q2 loss per share: (0.03)
    2019 Adjusted EBITDA: $158,000

2020Q1 showed more than double rev YoY but cost of rev sig increased too. Margins dropped 3% to 37% and we incurred the biggest LPS since 2018 Q3.

What is Q2 going to show us? Where is ledger pay in its cycle of generating Rev for the company? Did Covid absolutely stall the launch and rev stream for this initiative? Or are we going to have a nice earnings surprise and show rev north of 11-12 million and have GM work back up to 40%... Things are the things I'm looking for as a long term holder.

I plan on selling 30% if we lag up just to be sure. I have some other plays i want to get into and need to raise some cash. It doesnt seem like we are going to get a run up like we did before Q1 earnings.

I bought 60% of my position over july and august once we slid into oblivion after the bought deal was announced. Geared up here for a big earnings surprise that shoots us back up over $1. Average is .69 cents nicely. Will take profit at $1

New here...isn't anybody worried about the 27 mil in current liablities and only 13 mil in current assets? This must be a cause for concern.
