I only invested in the Ether Fund because it was the only one out there, but now with 3 ETFs by other companies, I'm glad I was able to sell my shares (at a loss unfortunately) to buy the CI ETF version which has a MER of 0.40% for the same holding. This company really needs to tank out of business.
Is this a good way to gauge an entry point for this as a stock that represents another asset/currency? Since the performance of the stock of this fund mimics the performance of the price of Ether vs CAD, would it make sense to simply use said performance to determine when to jump into this? Looking for some feedback from people more knowledgeable than me, as I want to gain on good position on this in my TFSA.
