I can also tell you that I have been monitoring Pyrogenesis Linked in page and several other positions have been filled recently that were never advertised.

Also great points by @ Carsonagenic The postings for Machinist and Labourer are also interesting. Hiring Project Managers, Planners, etc points to workflow that requires timelines to be set and jobs to be figured out. Where as these in-house positions point to ramping up for work that is incoming and set in a schedule. You don't hire tradesman and workers to just stand around for the chance that work might be coming in. Especially when other companies are doing Covid layoffs due to no work flow.

@ Carsonagenic These hirings and postings, as well as the new facility point to contracts upcoming more than any other indicator by far. A company doesn't do these things for no reason, it is incoming for sure and soon.

Also great digging by @ cargo Interesting on the Electrical drafter posting (2 days ago) under Responsibilities & Tasks they specifically mention Plasma torches.

"Prepare modification drawings for electrical equipment such as: motor control center, static converter for plasma torch, process equipment control cabinet"

Great point/post by @ cargo All signs point to something big coming our way, if you look at electrical engineer (also posted 2 days ago) once again it mentions plasma torches and arc furnaces:)

"Generate specifications for power supplies used to power plasma torches and arc furnaces"

Great post below, do your own DD.

This is not a start up, nor a company dying for cash. Pyro has a strong and valuable portfolio of proprietary technology - that is the backbone of the company. It can have all the funding it wants, and it has several product lines with blue sky potential. Every indication we have is that Pyrogenesis has built the foundation for big business in the future. All these press releases show step by step growth in these business lines - it may not be as fast as some of these impatient people would like, but it is significant for the long run.

Anyone who has done any market research or due diligence knows that the product offerings of Pyrogenesis address many needs of their customers - namely GHG mandates - and more importantly, are economically viable or cheaper than the alternatives. All indications show Pyrogenesis is headed towards more and more contracts with big players in these various industries and will likely end up being the key supplier. Not to mention recurring revenues from maintenance and parts. Whether that means contracts this month or a year from now is irrelevant to any long term investor. Pyro has many competitive advantages including first mover advantage and already building relationships with these industry giants... this will prove invaluable in the long run. Mark my words - relax, and give the company time to flesh out these deals.

If you are a true long, there is no sense in spending time debating these day traders. Just buy when cheap, accumulate shares and profit in the long run. Look ahead years, not weeks, and you will far surpass the profits of these short sighted traders and shorters.

Lastly, watch the market as a whole. If you watch stocks in isolation, you likely attribute dips and price swings to inactivity or lack of contracts and so on... however, nothing has changed for the Company in the long run. It only keeps looking better. Institutions now hold positions in PYR which is a great thing. Expect a volatile and shaky market... don't expect your portfolio to be invulnerable to that.

Regarding the electrical / instrumentation foreman, vestmed from SH brings up these interesting points: This job is particularly interesting, remember Peter stated that the iron ore companies could install the torches with their own engineers and tradesmen. Look at the role of the foreman electrical-instrumentation- "The role of the electrical foreman/instrumentation is primarily to direct electrical construction and instrumentation activities in customers' manufacturing workshops and facilities and to assist the service team during commissioning". Also "Go to the manufacturing workshops and perform the initial electrical installation", and "Go to the site for the duration of the installation and lead the local electrical teams before commissioning". This sure sounds like what Peter was saying about the installation of the plasma torches with Pyro's foreman leading the installation.

Ever growing employee list and not caring about burning multiple million dollars to cancel shares. I don’t think it’s much of a stretch to expect to hear something positive shortly. This all sounds great to me! Imo

"Many verticals involving state of the art technology and patents solving multiple environmental concerns in industrial applications such as Utilizing electric plasma torches to replace GHG emitting fossil fuel burners used in induration of iron ore pelletization plants and currently working with some of the biggest iron ore producers in the world such as Vale and Rio Tinto; this application also promising for industries such as cement and steel production: Drossrite which is handling and treatment of dross waste and recovery in the aluminum smelting industry; plasma tech used for waste destruction with ongoing contracts with the US Navy for systems that have been and are being installed on aircraft carriers (consider the due diligence and vetting done by the US Navy)…. They are also involved with a partner HPQ in developing the process for converting quartz into high purity silicon which is highly sought after in the EV battery industry". Thanks to Dodgetown on ceo for this tidy synopsis
