Description

Phenom Resources Corp. engages in the acquisition, exploration, evaluation, and development of natural resource properties in Canada and the United States. The company holds 100% interest in the Carlin gold-vanadium project comprises 114 unpatented mineral claims and 80 acres of fee simple land covering an area of approximately 955 hectares located in Elko County, Nevada; and the West Jerome copper property located in Arizona. It also has an option to acquire 100% interest in the Crescent Valley property consists of 38 unpatented mining claims located in Eureka County of Nevada; the Dobbin property, including 52 unpatented mining claims located in Nevada; and the King Solomon gold project includes 178 claims covering an area of approximately 1,140 hectares located in central Nevada. The company was formerly known as First Vanadium Corp. and changed its name to Phenom Resources Corp. in July 2021. Phenom Resources Corp. was incorporated in 2006 and is headquartered in Vancouver, Canada.
