I've owned this stock for a little over a year now and has performed great. Up 18% + Monthly Dividends (signed up for the Drip) , read up on the upcoming projects that are almost complete. This company is making good moves. I also get to drive by 2 of the properties they own here in Gatineau Qc and Smithfalls ON. Fun to see an investment progressing and it's quite stable at the moment.

New position added to my dividend only portfolio. I have watched these guys execute for more than 2 years, but never pulled the trigger. In hindsight i should have during the covid crash. But their properties are just so resilient and their tenants are investment grade, well known companies that offer products and services everyone needs already. Sure there is the odd cineplex location and gym, and i expect the reopening in Ontario to boost the rent produced from those tenants.

Does anyone have any information that would support the current price range, or is it more likely due to general market sentiment/unrest since the majority of shares are held privately. All the information I have seen supports a very strong position and a positive future outlook.

Earnings for Q3 were quite good with all metrics improving but I find this stock doesn't generate upward momentum in price. It's like a hidden gem that not many investors are aware of.

This is like shooting fish in a barrel. Probably the lowest risk investment I’ve ever seen in my life. Wow is the stock market ever inefficient sometimes. I live around this business and know it’s tenants intimately as a customer. There is almost no risk at this price. This is like the most boring company in the world lol.
