The disappointing share price performance convinced me to re-read the Sept corporate presentation. My takeaway; full production slated for '24/'25, approximately $500 million (US) needed to cover construction costs, bulk sample from Triple Lynx near at hand, Golden Bear discovery will add significant reserves.

Sooner, but probably later, the market will be forced to recognize Osisko's tremendous upside. The upcoming bulk sample and Golden Bear drill results should (imho) give a crystal clear view of what is to come upon full production. This "derisking" ought to lift the share price back into the $3s if gold holds above $1700. The PEA's base case was calculated with $1500 gold.

The Windfall gold deposit is currently one of the highest-grade resource-stage gold projects in Canada and has world-class scale. Mineralization occurs in three principal zones: Lynx, Main Zone, and Underdog. Mineralization is generally comprised of sub-vertical zones following intrusive porphyry contacts plunging to the northeast. The resources are defined from surface to a depth of 1,600 metres as it now includes the Triple 8 (T8) zone. The resources excluding T8 are defined from surface to a depth of 1,200 metres. The deposit remains open along strike and at depth. Mineralization has been identified at surface in some areas and as deep as 2,625 metres in others with significant potential to extend mineralization down-plunge and at depth.

Osisko is in proximity of Kirkland Lake mine(s) .... Things are booming at Kirkland Lake and the pay streak flows down into Osisko, Wallbridge and Bonterra. I haven't bought any Bonterra yet but I only have my kidneys letf to sell! Good luck all because Osisko has already put one world class mine into production and they are going full steam ahead!

Massive volume today of 34million v approx 1 million normally but no news announcement which seems odd?

Osisko has determined that development of the Windfall Project on an independent basis would be optimal for the shareholders of Osisko. APPARENTLY NOT!

    Here's the deal:

    1) Northern loans Osisko $154 million in exchange for semi-annual payments bearing 4.75% interest, OR, if Northern chooses, an equivalent number of shares at $4 per (154 mill divided by 4 = 38.5 million shares). If Osisko makes payments the number of shares Northern might get via the conversion would go down proportionally.

    2) In addition, Osisko and Northern are presently negotiating the terms of an earn-in joint venture which would allow Northern up to a 50% in the project. If an agreement is reached, the $154 million can be converted into a larger interest at a premium of 125% of the concurrent share price. Example, if the share price is $4, Northern's added interest (above 50%) would be calculated at $5, thus lowering the number of shares Northern would receive and increasing Osisko's coffers (for the development of Golden Bear as a stand alone 100% owned project?)

    3) The debt is redeemable by Osisko any time after the second anniversary of the agreement's signature date. Meaning, none of the above is binding.

It is clear management is finally taking vigorous steps to securing the money to build a producing mine AND mill. How well we retail investors do will depend on the minutia of the joint venture agreement and which option (1, 2 or 3) is exercised. In total, I believe today's news is very good. GLTALs.

Excellent, encouraging commentary just published on Seeking Alpha by Taylor Dart. He adds more comparative commentary to the recent drill results. I recommend you take a look. It is positive for Osisko.

For those of you who are interest here is the link to Osisko's presentation at the 2019 Denver Gold Group Forum. In my opinion John did an excellent job explaining the deposit and the internal structure of the company. Takeaways: the chart at the 8 minute mark is worth your attention... higher than expected overall grade, high gravity recovery, though the overall recovery rate (93.7%) could use some work. The company is well financed with multiple properties and companies under its corporate umbrella. It expects to start production from Windfall during the Summer of 2022 and reach full production by the Fall of 2023. John's analogy of the deposit being like the fingers of a hand bodes well for the future. If the basal trunk (the palm) of the ore body contains significant values this project will be pouring bullion for decades to come. Buy and hold at these prices people!

Unbelievable this gem can't trade over 150,000 shares American side. Even at these levels there to room to run, especially if the investing community got word of Windfall's bounty (reminds me of AG in 2009). Over on the MSN board a "reporter" cautioned the recent drill results represented a "danger" of creating too high of cut off grade, ala PVG, as if too much gold in the ground is some sort of problem. 2020's drill results will silence such critics and pave the way to share prices we will all enjoy. My view is still long term. Me no sell until full production is achieved, or a buy out at a substantial premium is offered. Happy New Year to all longs.Sip, puff, repeat.

In at $2.75 US. Positive drill results amidst higher gold prices take this gem to $3.50. JMHO

And......... another great drill result. But from the price you'd think no one ever wanted gold!?

I seem too not understand drill results for this mine. They have meters and meters of actually ounces per ton not grams. But it goes nowhere! The one hole mentioned in the latest drill result is 18.5 oz per ton and they have had so many much much higher. What gives. I sold my 1000 shares. Will buy back after tax season. Fishy I don't know ?

This is sure kept quiet. I'm accumulating slowly. 250 million cash, hopefully enough to get into production.
