Muskoka tells many tales. You have great hash. Wishing all riding the wave to Hexo all the best. Former shareholder here, bought in at $1.65 and rode down. Believed in the direction at the time. An acquisition in the States, was rescinded once she stepped away. With 2 million CDN as a Golden Handshake. HEXO has backing of Molson Coors . No small deal. I`ve first hand seen the crops. The Humble and Fume processing in house, impressive. As a former shareholder, why am I here? Simple. You guys have probably one of the best hash, ever, HEXO`s hash is incredibly potent. If you`re buying hash, HEXO is kick butt. To have an open grow and produce Hash by wearing gloves and picking up resin creating old school preparation . HEXO has the means. To integrate both processes says they are about to make a name in Hash. Many prefer it. If you are not a user that`s ok. Hash , aside from psilocybin still under review by FDA and HC. Having PTSD , hash seems to be a safe haven for those that may be apprehensive to try mushrooms. We are at a stage of change. CBD has helped millions with PTSD, anxiety, depression, pain management . Bottom line. Why would HEXO be interested in 48? Good luck you guys.

When Hexo got Newstrike (those who remember), I lost$ and Hexo got them cheap at the time. I should have sold(Newstrike) before the deal looking back. Anyway, I do not have shares with 48north, just got warning from my platform of year low price. I do not know if the the arrangement is good or not. Disclosure, I do have shares with Hexo. GL!

Revenue of $10.5 million, marking a 117% increase from fiscal 2019
    For Q4 2020, revenue totaled $4.5 million, a 65% increase from Q3 2020
Revenue for Q1 2021 is expected to be $7 million, which represents 67% of fiscal 2020 yearly net revenues, and a 58% increase from Q4 2020
At the end of fiscal 2020, 48North had $9.3 million in cash and cash equivalents on hand
Since June 2019, 48North has launched 26 SKUs in the Canadian adult-use recreational cannabis market. 48North launched products ranging in form from vaporizers, topicals, pre-rolls, and intimacy goods.
48North's facilities are now built out and licensed. At delshen, the Company's premium indoor cannabis facility located in Kirkland Lake, 48North consistently cultivates best-selling cannabis. At Good:House, 48North successfully completed the build out of Phase 2, subsequently the Company received all of the necessary licenses from Health Canada. And finally, at Good:Farm, the Company successfully completed and received licensing for the build out of its state-of-the-art drying barn giving the Company the required space to process the cannabis planted at Good:Farm
At Good:Farm, 48North illustrated the importance of outdoor cultivation with one of the first and largest outdoor cannabis facilities in Canada. The company's 2019 Good:Farm harvest contributed to the low-cost for development of many of 48North's next-generation cannabis products, including: vaporizers, topicals, and flower. In preparation for its second season, the Company transformed the farm into a regenerative organic farm, implemented lessons learned from its first season, and early indicators point to a very successful crop
48North signed a number of supply agreements and strategic partnerships with cannabis brands and provincial boards, including; BC Cannabis Stores, Liquor, Gaming & Cannabis Authority of Manitoba, Saskatchewan Liquor & Gaming Authority, Medical Cannabis by Shoppers Drug Mart Inc., Apothecanna, Pax, and Indigo
48North launched two additional recreational cannabis brands:
Trail Mix: Building on the Company's belief that high-quality cannabis experiences should be available to all, 48North's low-cost production advantage allows the Company to produce this brand at competitive pricing. Looking ahead, Trail Mix will include: additional Pax products, all-in-one disposable pens, dried flower, and pre-rolls
Latitude: Latitude builds on the successful 2018 launch of LAT, an interactive, omni-channel platform that empowers women to connect, engage and share their personal stories with cannabis. This brand responds to a market need for the industry to support customers seeking new ways to reset, rejuvenate and live well. Launching products in a variety of different categories ranging from sexual wellness to beauty and beyond
48North was awarded a Canadian Marketing Award for its innovative approach to marketing cannabis in a highly regulated marketplace

Someone posted this on Stockhouse and I thought I would share since there has been an uptick of interest lately. This was taken from the PR last month.

Corporate Update of Jan 18,2021 ---------------------------------------- ------1- Our investments into our operational capabilities allow us to quickly launch new products to market while meeting growing in-market demand for our branded. In the coming year, we expect to expand our offerings even further with live resin, edibles, accessible vapes, a new topical line, and value-branded pre-rolls. ---------------------------------2- Our Facilities We are now fully licensed to cultivate, extract, manufacture and sell all cannabis, and this is a direct testament to the progress we have made at our three facilities: delshen, Good: Farm, and Good: House. At delshen, we cultivate high-quality indoor craft cannabis. Most notably, delshen is where we cultivate our Green Crush and Where's My Bike strains that consistently test at over 20% THC with strong terpene content. At Good: Farm, we have proven that outdoor cultivation works; when it comes to products such as vapes and topicals, outdoor cannabis allows us to compete on price and quality. And finally, at Good: House, we run an automated state-of-the-art production facility critical to ensuring that our supply chain can meet in-market demand for our products. --------------------- 3- These investments into our operational infrastructure have required significant patience and commitment but have allowed us to lay a strong foundation to our commercialization strategy. ------------------------4- revenue, market share, distribution, and consumer preference now reign supreme in an industry that is rapidly starting to mature. By these metrics, 48North is exceeding expectations.-------------------------- 5- we have recently ranked as the number one topical at retail in Ontario, and three of the top ten topical products in Canada. We have established early market leadership with the number one concentrate in Ontario and Alberta and our dried flower and pre-rolls frequently rank in the top ten for Ontario sales.-------------------------------------- 6- Our approach is connecting on a consumer-centric selection of high-quality, affordable products, and building upon our excellent relationships with wholesalers and retailers alike. In provinces like Ontario, that are moving to a "core assortment of products", we have solidified our existing presence with a number of SKUs with retail penetration of over 50 per cent. In Alberta, we experienced a 1,454 per cent increase in sales, and a 560 per cent increase in Ontario. We are thrilled to see the steady monthly growth of the Canadian adult-use cannabis market, led by strong store roll outs in Ontario and Quebec. Consumer response is encouraging, and we are working hard to live up to expectations. We are bringing flower to the people, one SKU at a time.------------------------------------ 7- In Q1 of Fiscal 2021, we decreased our cash use by nearly 20 per cent from $ 8.55 million in Q4 to $ 7.1 million. Following its build out of the Good: House facility and the completion of the state-of-the-art drying facility at the Good: Farm, the company does not expect further significant capital expenditures in Fiscal 2021. Building on the efficiencies stemming from our investments into automation and process improvement, we also expect to continue to lower operating costs and increase our gross margins. With increasing revenues and decreasing spending, we are continuing to meet our targets and expect to be in a position to announce our path to profitability within the fiscal year ..----------------------------------- 8- I am proud of the progress we continue to make.-

The Organic Opportunity – 48North Cannabis Corporation
    https://capital10x.com/initiation-organic-cannabis-market/
Quote: "We estimate the three publicly traded organic cannabis stocks will offer 310% upside on average with a range of 267% for 48 North and up to 377% for The Green Organic Dutchman. All three stocks trade at deep discounts to the cannabis group average, even though organic supply and demand trends are much more favourable." – capital10x
    Executive Summary
    • The global market for organic products is currently worth $160 billion and is forecast to grow to $323 billion by 2024, a 15% annual growth rate. Organic sales have been strong for decades, growing at 12% a year since 2000.
    • In the near term we estimate the Canadian cannabis market is worth $5 billion and organic demand will ultimately make up 20% of the market creating a $1 billion revenue opportunity. This would equal the medium-term demand potential of $8.5 billion for organic cannabis.
    • By 2020 there will only be four certified organic producers operating globally and their supply will struggle to keep up with rapidly growing demand.

48North Co-CEO Alison Gordon joins Midas Letter to discuss completing the planting of its first outdoor cannabis crop at its Good:Farm facility. With over 3.7 million sq. ft. of cultivation space, Good:Farm is Canada’s largest outdoor organic cannabis cultivation facility. The cannabis culturist CEO rebuttals misconceptions of growing marijuana outdoors in Canada, stating the farms premium dried flower would pass Health Canada’s rigid inspections and that roughly 80 to 90 percent of the farm will be used for extraction and isolate purposes. The outdoor farm provides 48North with a huge opportunity within the cannabis market – in terms of a vastly greater cultivation space and lower costs. As 48North moves into harvesting its outdoor crop in a couple of weeks, the company have also made a strategic investment in Friendly Stranger – a cannabis accessories retailer in Ontario with operating retail experience of over 25 years. The investment marks the first retail investment made by 48North with the aim to dominate the retail cannabis market.

Be sure to check back in early September after Midas Letter visits 48North’s Good:Farm to see the massive outdoor grow in its entirety.

Wanted to give everyone an update on the planting. Refer to my previous post in top reactions for a refresher. Received another email from David Hackett today. As per outdoor growing procedures , they start off with seeds in containers that eventually get transferred into the ground where their container decomposes. They are in the seed in small container stage. I think the importance of the email is they are willing to answer and address the stage they are in. This along with ocs news I take as a double positive.

There is no small cap stock more compelling than $NRTH. The low cost of goods model will pay off big time. As each day passes the risk is reduced and the closer NRTH is to proving to the market the outdoor model works.

The interview could have been better but there were still a lot of positives. First they successfully completed their first harvest of roughly 37,500 plants. Second I really liked hearing from the Quill team. Makes me appreciate that deal even more now. Third we knew this was a learning year. It is the reason they did not forecast 80-100 thousand kilograms. 40,000kg was and still is very conservative. They planted 250,000 plants which is just crazy. I don’t want to get into what percent of crop loss they have but it would have to be over 50% loss for them not to reach 40,000kg. The next harvest will begin in a month and probably take 3 weeks. Getting this first small harvest out of the way will help prepare for the large one. Weather looks great for the near term. I personally am sticking to my 65,000kg prediction.
    Just my opinion.
