NMG Announces the Engagement of Red Cloud Securities and Specifies the Grant of Consultant Options
MONTRÉAL, January 19, 2023--Nouveau Monde Graphite Inc. ("NMG" or the "Company") (NYSE: NMG, TSXV: NOU) announces the engagement of Red Cloud Securities to provide liquidity services to the Company.
