Checkout the raises in Dividend history Wow!!!! Go NEP!
I
$BEPC vs $NEE vs $NEP ? Which is the best long term? Are there others to consider? I own all three, but curious what the board’s opinion.
B
NEP looks like a $100 stock in two or three years. Announced annual distribution increases of 12-15% through 2024 at least. Great parent company in NEE. Long-term green energy power contracts, more to come. I’ve had shares of this company since $26 and the quarterly distribution increases have come in like clockwork. No K-1s with NEP either.
J
The Street is calling to short NEP which imo means the opposite is probably true since Jim Cramer and his cohorts are always betting on themselves and very often very wrong. When I read he supposedly paid off his mortgage trading bitcoin all I could think was sure he did with an eyeroll.
b
Report says annual dividend next year should be 1.81 - 1.86 per share
N
Any news on the latest weakness? Is this just profit taking on the original surge for clean energy?
R
Buy heavy and often. Great company and investment.
P
Bought this at 74$. Sounds to me like a good utility play betting of future clean energy. Fundamentals look ok. Good debt management. Earnings are ok. P/E is alright. Revenues are planning on growing with expension. Anyone else following this one closely? Any upcoming catalysts to be aware of?!?
B
Time for another distribution increase tomorrow morning. The annualized distribution will probably be increased from $2.55/unit to $2.64/unit. Let’s see how things went this past quarter and how things are progressing in terms of their business outlook going forward.
f
NEP has a long term contract with PG&E, It is the genesis Solar Energy Center, located in Riverside County, Calif. PG&E is down 45 + % as of this post....
B
The next dividend increase should be announced on the 21st of this month when the Q1 earnings are announced. Expect an increase from an annualized $2.46 to an annualized $2.55. Similar increases every quarter of this year are coming. Great income stock which beats inflation by a wide margin.
E
Looks ready for a short term bounce. Technical 79% bullish at foxchart. Long over 42.38 for a run up to 44.24.
B
Another distribution increase coming. My guess is from the current annualized $2.65/unit to an annualized $2.74/unit when the NEP Q3 earnings report occurs on Wednesday.
L
why is it down 4% today ?
J
My 1st buy was at $78 and now averaging down. Added some today. If it continues downward I'll buy more possibly.
J
Extremely Long-Term stock position, never selling. One of the best performing, largest renewable energy yieldcos in partnership with NEE (parent). Increasing revenue, inflationary play, tax-efficient: will continue to perform well.
J
Had this a little over 2 years and it's now a double. Think I'll keep it for awhile longer.
R
With record highs in heat waves all through Europe along with same reports from Australia indicates renewable energy of wind and solar will soon be a major source of energy with little smog problems to contend with. NEP is positioned to gain by this.
