at $1.75, the ARIIX owners will be taking at ~20MM haircut to their proceeds. the largest portion of the buyout was related to the 141MM note due in 2 years which is payable in stock. However, there is a $2.00 conversion floor, so the most number of shares they can receive is ~70k. If they receive ~70k and the stock is only $1.75, they lost $20MM. If the stock is valued at $1.00 in 2 years, they lost out on 1/2 of their 141MM note (or $70MM). They will never receive more than the $141M note value, but more than likely to receive less.

This company's revenue is higher than it's market cap. How is it at these levels? Makes no sense. I see some of their products in our local food store i.e(Evian, Bucha etc)

Is it safe to say they are accessing the atm offering and diluting right now? Whether it has been leaked or an excessive amount of shares are being sold, this drop is significant on little news. Remember, they already stated there would be dilution this year to satisfy the EWB loan stips then had a merger requiring even more shares and cash.

Remember this is not a technology stock. This is a newly growing Health Food stock. Ramping up sales takes time. This stock will be a huge winner for those that are patients. "Those that are patient will always prosper". No different here. Stock will stay sideways for a short while and than once good numbers are released (end of this quarter) the stock will reflect its true value. Many fundamental traits will drive this stock so much higher (FDA approval, cost advantage, take over value, etc.). Hang on brothers and sisters I am quite certain your patience and perseverance will pay off I can almost guarantee it (high confidence level). To all my fellow investors on this Board, have a blessed day and rest of week.

For all you who say "the stock price HAS to increase because Revenue exceeds Market Cap," here are a few other examples of companies in the same boat (list is not exhaustive). There are MANY reasons why their market caps are below their annual revenue (valid reasons) and Newage has it's own reasons for having a smaller market cap than rev.

I keep wondering if the recent cfo departure is based on risk of something he saw. constant turnover here and typically not announced.

not one of all the aqusitions has produced a nickel of profits, none.. and if you think it was the 14% of the overall company was the culprit of the continued losses you are wrong. morinda will be the biggest write down of them all as they slowly admit it is also been failing. ariix is just a way to buy time and increase management pay at the expense of shareholders. if you disagree on any of this, share the facts to compel .. glta

Has anyone else noticed David Vanderveen has been eerily silent? Not on the conference calls, not on the roadshow presentation calls, yet is making a material salary and is likely more qualified than BW to run this company.
