Group 11 did not however buy a 40 per cent stake in Enviroleach, however. Only are involved in the vertical involving the in-situ mining. Buying a 40 per cent stake in the whole company would have meant millions of dollars. The DA agreement between them gives ETI a 40 per cent stake in a private spin-off that will take years to perfect if ever, the insitu mining for gold. And in all likelihood, at some point , if successful , they will spin out to a public company, and ETI will realize 40 per cent of the public shares, and bring value to shareholders.

Mineworx will likdd Ed my soar to $1.50 or more in the new year. This is the time to buy. Now that Mineworx is not being held back by Enviroleach on thier E-Waste venture that has yielded zip for investors, Mineworx cans develop this multibillion dollar venture in processing Catalytic converters and more.

It has been a mainstay of Mineworx to be unable to generate cash flow and advance itself outside of burning through investors money. I think that is what is making the investor community the most frustrated, the lack of putting some roots down and creating money.

The nice thing about Mineworx is it is completely modular and portable allowing them to setup anywhere to do processing/mining. So much promise and potential. Management must focus on making the company profitable now above and beyond anything else.

What is bothersome is how Enviroleach has acted and affected Mineworx. This has come to a head now, with Enviroleach abandoning the E-Waste venture for now and targeting Gold mines for mining. This gold mining was researched for Mineworx alone, however they pushed out the Mineworx CEO from their board then made this move with Group 11. Group 11 bought a 40% stake in Enviroleach to take on ground mining work, instead of allowing Mineworx access to that market. This goes against the framework laid out when Enviroleach split off from Mineworx to exclusively go into the E-Waste market with Jabal. I think this has turned out to be a complete disaster and waste of time as Jabal had zero intentions on allowing Enviroleach to prosper, but wanted the technology exclusively for themselves from my own observations. This trapped Mineworx and prevented other avenues of mining to progress.

Overall Mineworx is forging ahead and should show cash flow this winter. With no restrictions on Mineworx it is hoped that they focus primarily on becoming profitable irregardless what Enviroleach is now trying to do.

Enviroleach has much to prove to investors and I must say I am very Leary about pumping leaving agent into the ground, even if it is non toxic and sucking it back up as means of mining. Ultimately the rock structure will become unstable and have to be cleared I would think. Pollution of the water table is another huge concern as who wants to drink leaching agent over water?

I would have been far more happier seeing Enviroleach go after the cyanide filled ponds and neutralizing and restoring the land along side assisting Mineworx with mining the small to medium size mines.

I think accumulating Mineworx shares right now while they are so deflated is a good thing to do as most investors are not willing to wait 6 months to see results after getting screwed over by the E-Waste project with Jabal.

Have been holding for 3 years now. Very little satisfaction on my investment. Close to break even and may get out unless someone out there has any words of wisdom.

What are your people’s opinion on this? Will we see movement before phase 2 is complete? Or do we need to wait till mid year to start seeing anything?!

    Prediction.
Mineworx is running low on cash and needs to raise money.

Mineworx needs a reason to raise money.

Mineworx signs agreement to start processing catalytic converters.

Now they will do a fund raise to support that cause.

After the fundraise, mineworx will issue options to the board.

Then they will post poor financial results.

And the cycle will continue, that is until there is new leadership, or mineworx dies because they cannot find a way to make money without raising it from shareholders.

Mineworx along with it's sister Company are tanking now, because they failed to get their Version 2.0 mining machine finished. Whether the machine has problems and doesn't work properly or they are still waiting for delivery of parts, is unknown to me. They were suppose to have the new mining machine finished by the end of Q2. Watch out for August as it is Mineworx Year end and they give out generous amounts of stock options to the Board and employees, which in turn drives the price of the stock down.

If Mineworx does get its machine up and going it will take 3 months to do testing and if that is okay, then another 3 months of mining, then maybe another month to smelt the stuff and another month to record earnings on sales. If they stay to low grade material like they have don't expect huge profits. So most likely won't hear anything until year end. Watch out for Enviroleach as well as they like to give generous amounts of options to their employees and directors in May.

Jabal has kept them quiet on reporting progress I hear. They don't want people to know that they are going to exploit this technology to become the Number 1 mining company in the world, thus all Mineworx and Enviroleach really do is report on earnings, although they rebelled a bit and reported on results of their ability to mine at one point, which was around 400g per tonne I think. Considering a good Gold mine puts out 6g per tonne, one can only imagine the intense interest.

In the end they have obviously exhausted the investment community willingness to invest in their company. Other than Private Placements and producing losses now with no revenue stream, they are getting themselves into a pickle. If Mineworx were to consolidate their shares 10:1 to roughly from 270,000 million shares to 27 million shares, their share price would only be around $1. The likelihood of them doing this is small as the majority share holders are a small amount of people connected directly with the company I think. The more people who own shares the more volatile it will become and they have a very, very long term plan for the company and deep pockets to go with it.
