Regarding Elevation Gold and the Moss Mine that Maverix has a Silver Stream on. Looking at the financial reports, Elevation is getting killed on the Silver Hedge they have in place. If Maverix wants to have a piece going forward, I think they should renegotiate and exchange the Stream for more equity. At least that will give Elevation a fighting chance to survive and then Maverix will make out.

Something's up... Volume has been elevated and the PPS is launching.

Continued positive drill results from Northern Vertex (NHVCF) Moss Mine released today. Maverix holds a 100% Silver Stream (@ 20% of Spot) and also owns just under 5% of the Common Stock.

MMX.TO is down 5.86% to 6.11

I just keep buying shares... The Q-3 ought to be solid, just like 2nd Quarter. I'd like to see the dividend raised to .015 per share (vs the current .0125)

Today a new interview with Mike Allen, CEO of Northern Vertex on Resource Insider YouTube channel. Definitely worth the time to watch. Note, not only does Maverix have a 100% Silver Stream on the Moss Mine, but according to NV recent Investor Presentation, they own 4.8% of the company.

So RC.... With regard to a 2020 MMX press release: $NEM is an insider due to the number of $MMX shares that they own. Perhaps $PAAS now maintains the same status??? The share hold for both companies is relatively close to being the same. In any event, I expect the next MMX Q-report to be quite impressive. We're long over due for a pop, and I mean a decent one too, because the pps has been churning in a repetitive range for a significant amount of time now. I raised my target price today because of this latest deal with Pan American Silver. $SAND & $GROY have both already mountain climbed. We're the last SmallCap gold royalty company sitting on the drag strip.

Looks like a great company...they invest in gold without the work, have a solid balance sheet with no debt, consistent earnings for multiple quarters, and over 100 different streams. What am I missing?
$AG, $KOOYF, $SAND, $MMX, $PSLV.... Everything silver, and silver funding, all the way into 4-Q (10-K) earnings reports. Eat that shoe leather Big House downside playas!
R
New "advanced" stage exploration projects acquired from Pan American Silver for approximately $10 million in stock and cash. Wish they would have at least one near term producer, but these all look years away from generating any revenue.
P
RC, The Analyst's for $MMX are: National Bank, Scotia Bank, CIBC, BMO Capital, PI Financial, and Ingrid Rico.... The first two give MMX a hold, and the last four have it rated at a buy.
G
Where did this sell off come from ?
R
Regarding the upcoming 3Q financials. From best I can tell, it looks like the revenues will be similar to Q2 give or take a couple hundred thousand.
The only properties that I see which should generate significantly more revenues is the Moss Mine in No. Arizona and the La Colorada in Mexico. The Hope Bay property in Canada is still running at 1/2 to 2/3 capacity. The Beta Hunt in Australia will have lower operating numbers due to the lower NSR. There could be some Cap. Gains related to the $20 million received for the renegotiated NSR.
The other smaller properties are hard to tell, but I don't see anything that jumps out as making a huge difference.
$29,936.49 worth of insider buying on MMX in the past 2 months.
R
I know it can be frustrating to watch MMX price action. My suggestion is to have a core holding of shares, and some to trade on the price fluctuations. Use the profits of the trades to add to your core. This is a long term play, unless one of the bigger Royalty/Streamers wants to acquire them. And with NEM, PAAS, and KGC holding over 50% of the stock, they'll have to pay a big premium.
