Look at all the fear tactics 😂…it has nothing to do with Medmen and all to do with the industry as a whole. Don’t fall for the fear

Medmen is probably the best performing stock in the portfolios of those that would even own medmen as an investment.

Canadian cannabis producer Canopy Growth reached a deal with noteholders to trade 255.4 million Canadian dollars ($198 million) of debt for shares and cash, thereby reducing a substantial portion of its convertible debt set to mature next year. Medmen could do the same with Tilray and others and be in good shape

Latest news & blow to the cannabis industry: Banking reform legislation that would allow legal cannabis operators to do business with U.S. financial institutions has been stripped from a manufacturing bill.

The SAFE Banking Act had been included as part of the America COMPETES Act, a bill designed to boost American manufacturing and innovation.

The cannabis banking provision was removed at the request of Republicans, Punchbowl News reported. Lawmakers on both sides of the aisle are working on the America COMPETES Act in an effort to get a final version passed before the August recess.

Rep. Ed Perlmutter (D-Colo.), the original sponsor of the bill, expressed his disappointment in a series of tweets on Thursday. "In the wake of the Senate’s inaction, people continue to be killed and businesses continue to be robbed."

@CHIEF Not selling isn't going to save the company or the shareholders. MedMen needs to SELL around 30M shares each week to cover the cash burn, sell more stores or find another group willing to hand them $100M in cash just to watch them burn it up in 8 months (kinda like fireworks without the sparkles, oohs or aahs).

MedMen has $115M note due end of July. The Feb. 2nd PR states- " Also, covenants related to strategic actions MedMen must implement if it is unable to pay the Term Loan by the extended maturity data."
Anybody know what the "covenants" are? Obviously both the New York and Florida deals will have to close in the next 33 days...

@Zuni They sold 100M shares a few weeks ago and they made SEC filings for 3 billion more, cash burn is $2M a week, they have a $115M note due in 32 days and they are out of money again. That's a lot shares to sell in 4.5 weeks.

California state budget trailer bill unveiled this week finalized language regarding cannabis tax issues that have been hotly debated for months, and it appears the industry might have scored a significant victory.

In the latest language, the trailer bill would eliminate the state marijuana cultivation tax and would maintain the current 15% excise tax for three years, according to an analysis of the measure by Hirsh Jain, a principal at Ananda Strategy in Los Angeles.

The delay in closing the Florida deal is burning up what little remains of MedMen cash. Press release said it should close in late April or early May. Over $100M in notes due end of July and even if the Florida closes by then they will still be tens of million dollars short. They reported a $204M working capital deficit in last 10Q

MedMen trading at $0.0581 and staring down the barrel of insolvency. Who was right?
Read old posts on this board and decide for yourself.

does anyone believe the trading and pricing of medmen shares is on the level? dumping a million shares + a day and artificially keeping the share price from crashing isn't an easy task.
