For those of you wondering what the redesignation means.
Minded previously had 2 types of shares MVS and SVS. To improves their capital structure and appeal to more institutional investors, they first consolidated all MVS into SVS shares. The most recent announcement just says that they then converted / redesignated all "SVS" shares into "Common Shares" since it no longer made sense to have an SVS category if there are no MVS. The bottom line is this is a bookkeeping change that has no impact on the economic or voting rights of any shareholder.
