(TSXV: LTV) (the "Company" or "Leonovus") announces that it has signed a non-binding Letter of Intent ("LOI") to sell substantially all its software and patent assets to Cylentium Research Ltd. ("CRL"), a Delaware corporation, for $2,500,000 in an all-cash transaction (the "Transaction").
