Does anyone know if the debt obligations are split with CQP and at what ratio or does LNG bear the entire sum?

"Even if Iran is able to add to global supply, Goldman Sachs (NYSE:GS) still feels confident about the oil market."
"Even aggressively assuming a restart in July, we estimate that Brent prices would still reach $80 per barrel in fourth quarter 2021," the bank said in a note.

Goldman Sachs sees it now. $80 is in my opinion a conservative estimate.

April appears to have been a record month. By my count there were 47 LNG departures - 30 from SP and 17 from CC.

Cheniere’s cargo shipments picked back up in 4Q20. By my count there were 114 LNG carrier departures - 80 from SP/34 from CC - compared to 55 reported in 3Q20.
Not all will contribute to 4th Quarter revenue however, i.e., CC Train 3 commissioning cargos (which began in Dec) and any 4th Quarter DES cargoes still enroute.

1Q21 is off to a good start - two cargoes departed yesterday and today there are four LG carriers docked at the Cheniere terminals - two at Sabine Pass and two at Corpus Christi.

    Facts about LNG.
Several executives referred to offtake deals with Cheniere Energy, the dominant U.S. producer. Here the LNG tends to be priced at 115 percent of Henry Hub natural gas plus a $2.50 to $3 fee per million British thermal units (mmBtu).
The contracts last for 20 years, although recent deals are shorter, with stipulated volumes and "take or pay" clauses, which is how buyers take on both the volume and price risk.
Add shipping and regasification costs and the LNG price amounts to $7 per mmBtu compared to the TTF Dutch hub natural gas price of $4.75 per mmBtu today.
"It's a $7 million loss per cargo," RWE Supply & Trading Chief Commercial Officer, Andree Stracke, told the forum.
"Right now, U.S. LNG is not competitive."

Great start to 1st Quarter - by my count there were 47 LNG carrier departures - 31 from SP and 16 from CC in January. Not all will contribute to 1st Quarter revenue however, i.e., CC Train 3 commissioning cargos (which began in Dec) and any 1st Quarter DES cargoes still enroute.
While many of the cargo destinations are not disclosed, many arriving LNG carriers have been coming from China.

Cheniere’s 4th Quarter report on Feb 24th should be great also - the number of cargoes shipped doubled the prior quarter and average HH was up 26%.

    By my count Cheniere loaded and shipped 87 cargoes in 1st Qtr19 vs. 80 in 4th Qtr18, 77 from SP (down 1 from 4th Qtr18) and 10 from CC (up 8 from 4th Qtr18).

Cargoes for revenue however, when reported in about 6 wks, will not include commissioning cargoes nor DES cargoes still enroute (but will include the 7 DES 4th Qtr cargoes). There were 4 commissioning cargoes from CC and an unknown number from SP (probably 2-4). By my count 21 cargoes are still enroute - but some are commissioning cargoes and many would be FOB cargoes.

A Cheniere cargo appears headed for China - AIS reported destination for Fuji LNG, which left Corpus terminal on Thursday, is Tianjin, China. Sabine Pass continues to average a cargo a day - mostly headed to European ports.

Appears to be a record day for terminal traffic - 2 tankers have departed and 2 others docked.
