I’ve just noticed a dividend payment of $0.10 on my level 1 quote. Does anyone else see this? Is this new?

This is a company with a lot of potential. Please do your DD. You will see they are in a great position with regards to EV. Having access to graphite and lithium will be beneficial to Lomiko and its shareholders.

I emailed the ceo (July 12th). PEA is expected end of the month. However, he mentioned several hoops still to jump through so nothing is certain.

I originally purchased LMR at $0.10. I then sold a bunch at $0.17 to settle at 8000 shares. It went back down to $0.11 and I purchased 2000 more to get back to a nice round 10K share position. Been holding it ever since. I saw some other people in this forum refer to Critical Elements from Quebec so I looked it up. The fact that LMR purchased an option for a 70% interest in the Bourier project is huge. I live in Ontario and invest in Canadian mining company private placements. I have flown throughout northern Quebec. Within Canada, Quebec is one of the best places to mine because the people there understand the value of natural resources on the economy. For LMR this is a great fit to ensure their local supply of materials to their USA customers, something which is going to become increasingly important as the western economies band together to shun China. LMR is very well positioned to service that USA market and Canada is ready to help supply it safely from a USA-friendly country and partner!

Spring is coiling technically. Probably "gap" up when it makes its initial move.Generally, moon shots don't just sit there until everyone gets on board. Management seems to be doing all the right things.
