    Live Ventures Bull Analysis

Revenue - 191.7 million inline with prior years numbers of 193 million. Maintained revenue during the pandemic where stores were closed for 45 days this year.

Revenue Forecast - Factoring in vintage stores opening for full year and incorporating Precision Marshall revenues for full year (only 2 months of revenue recorded in FY, acquired in July 2020) Vintage stores revenue bump and Marquis industries for a full operational year = 15M and Precision Marshal full year revenue 62m (70-8m current reported). FY 2021 revenues expected to be at around 270 million. (40% growth YoY)

Precision Marshall - Acquired in July 2020, expected revenues of 50 million per year. This is before the steel shortage and price increase. Expected revenues of 70 million + next year combined with improved margins as steel prices continue to climb. This is one of the main reasons we saw the net income increase in Q3 and Q4.

Operating income - Reported operating income of 20.4 million for the fiscal year representing a 527% increase from prior year. Operating income is expected to continue to grow next year as it will be the first full year of Precision Marshall revenue/income in the statements. Expected operational income for the upcoming year to be exceeding 35 million when factoring in increased steel prices and improved margins at Vintage Stock and Marquis due to cost cutting measures during covid. Resulting in net income of 20 million + for the fiscal year.

Cash flow - Net cash flow from operations of 28.8m in the year. Their net cash flow from operations almost exceeds their current market cap. Free cash balance of 37.7 million as of year end. Live will either use this money to continue to acquire businesses for cheap like they did with Precision Marshal or they will use it to buy back their shares and reduce their float like they have done historically. Either way you win. Private companies are dirt cheap right now with their earnings being affected by COVID, LIVE may use their cash surplus to acquire these businesses.

Stock Repurchasing - Live has been constantly repurchasing shares over the years with 236,908 shares repurchased in 2020, 65k shares in 2019 and 244k shares repurchased in 2018. Every share repurchase makes this float smaller and your shares worth more. LIVE will continue to repurchase its shares as it is sitting on cash thanks to its operating surplus in the current year.

    $Live Part 3

Ceo Buying shares - Jon Isaac has purchased 28.7k of shares in May combined with additional purchases in prior years. Insiders will continue to buy shares until this stock is not undervalued anymore.

Float - Share float currently sits at 1.38million shares and is decreasing every year thanks to the companies buy back plans. The share float has been traded over 3x today which means there is a large portion of shorts who will have to cover in the upcoming days. As volume dries up thanks to Algo’s not flipping this stock the bid ask spreads are going to widen and shorts will have to slap the ask to close their position.

Price Target - $100 per share by the end of 2021. This would result in earnings per share of $12.12 and a price to earnings of 8.25 which is substantially below the industry average of 25+.

CEO bought 250k additional shares. If he's just buying to pump the stock and doesn't actually believe in the company it's going to be a costly bluff. I bought in hopes he actually believes in the company and wouldn't put up this kind of money for it otherwise.
