(TSX: LAS.A) (the "Corporation") announces that it has amended its dividend policy, which consisted of declaring and paying to holders of Class A Subordinate Voting Shares and of Class B Multiple Voting Shares, on an annualized basis, a dividend representing approximately 25% of profit attributable to shareholders from the previous fiscal year.
