Saskatoon, Saskatchewan and Calgary, Alberta, May 02, 2022 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Royal Helium Ltd. (TSXV: RHC) ("Royal") and Imperial Helium Corp. (TSXV: IHC) ("Imperial" or "IHC") are pleased to announce that they have entered into an agreement dated May 2, 2022 (the "Arrangement Agreement") to effect the arm's length acquisition of Imperial by Royal through a plan of arrangement (the "Arrangement").
