Swiss antitrust authorities on Wednesday named four companies targeted in an international investigation into an alleged fragrances cartel. They are Switzerland's Givaudan SA, U.S.-headquartered Firmenich International, U.S.-based International Flavors & Fragrances Inc and Germany's Symrise AG, Swiss competition commission COMCO said. News of the probe into the supply of fragrances and fragrance ingredients broke on Tuesday, when fragrance and flavour maker Givaudan confirmed it was being targeted.
