I can only see this name change helping. Get away from having cannabis in the name and maybe trick a few new investors into parting with their money.

Harvest One Expands Distribution of Dream Water Products
in the United States and Internationally

December 15, 2020 – Vancouver, British Columbia – Harvest One Cannabis Inc. ("Harvest One" or the "Company") (TSX-V: HVT; OTCQX: HRVOF), a uniquely positioned cannabis-infused CPG company, announced today that it has expanded the distribution network for its Dream Water branded products via increased brokerage coverage throughout the United States as well as additional international distribution agreements.

An integral part of Harvest One’s commercial strategy is to expand the distribution base for its consumer brands, Dream Water and LivRelief. The Company has recently added three prominent brokers for its Dream Water brand – Seidman Food Brokerage, Carlin Group and The Bureau of Brand Management – in order to increase brand coverage nationally and develop new channels for additional growth. The expanded broker network will focus on new emerging channels for Dream Water products including Natural Health Food, as well as further developing existing channels of Grocery, Mass, Convenience and Drug. Additionally, there will be an increased focus on the Company’s Direct Store Delivery (‘DSD”) distribution model which will significantly increase market coverage of independent retailers across the United States.

“The addition of three prominent brokers and an expanded channel strategy will significantly strengthen the distribution of Dream Water products throughout the United States, helping the Company to achieve its objective of adding significant additional store fronts throughout 2021,” said Gord Davey, President and Interim Chief Executive Officer of Harvest One. “A robust broker network ensures the strong infrastructure needed to accelerate growth in North America and also provides the Company with an expanded platform to launch new over-the-counter(“ OTC”) and infused products offerings.”

North American and international expansion remains a key priority and the Company has recently broadened its international reach with distribution agreements within the Middle East region. Harvest One now has distribution agreements for Dream Water products with four countries in the region, including Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Qatar, and Oman. The Company continues to evaluate additional opportunities for expansion with distribution partners in other regions including Europe, Asia and South America.

Harvest is using LivRelief and Dream Water to expand distribution channels and gain shelf space globally. This would give them presence, brand recognition and first mover advantage in locations that have or will be legalising the use of CBD (i.e. infused topicals). I hope they release a CBD version of Dream Water. Although the Satipharm sale for the mentioned price may have been disappointing to some, it was smart as to reduce costs associated with R&D and production; keep in mind they would still get paid for distribution and sale.

New capital infusion through bought out deal. The company looks revamping and gearing up for production based on the new distribution agreement. Good thing not taking debt. Everyone who is focused on stock price, it in itself has no value at all. The business you are buying at what ever cost, has a value. The business seems to be making all the right strategic decisions and the proof is in the recent FS release where the cost reduction is clearly evident. The more we will post negative or will show impatience here, the more fuel will be provided to the shorters who are active currently.

This is for everyone myself including, patience here is not easy but one should not make decisions that will affect one's patience in real life. So, impatience here is not worth it.

Just tried dream water from Harvest One. It really works, first night in a long long time I had 8 hours continuous sleep. It is niche products like this that set HVT apart from the other pot stocks. This company has got to be worth over a 1, just a matter of time. Buying more at .17, can't see it going any lower. Anyone that shorted this stock are going to be disappointed.

You will see stock rising tomorrow. There have been great support at this level for awhile; with substantial revenue and new contracts with Shoppers, Walmart etc., this stock is way undervalue. Comparing to other similar stock, the value should be at least $2-3. Big investors or other companies are waiting and will #$%$ it at a blink. Also great potential take over target. Large cash, great cashflow and NO Debt with total supply chain from production to retail. Absolute gem. Most importantly, the company's mission and vision. Total Health Care focus for consumers and patients: to provide innovative lifestyle and wellness products design to enhance quality of life. This is why companies like shoppers and Walmart buy from them, because they know consumers are looking for products like these from HVT.

Recent announcement with Valens company to produce and distribute the LivRelief product. Valens now acquired a producer…verse Cannabis. Maybe this is a sign that they’re expecting big production. https://www.reddit.com/r/weedstocks/comments/pfx4lv/the_valens_company_announces_the_acquisition_of/?utm_source=share&utm_medium=ios_app&utm_name=iossmf

they have very strong distribution network in the US, and a good group of brands. with US legalisation around the corner and more certain than ever before, considering they have done a lot of cost cutting recently, revenue and margin should grow very soon. this will return to $1 in 2021.

This is one serious long play. i see the distribution we have in North America and globally are like farmers planting seeds. We know that our products sell in Canada and the US, Now we wait on how well the infused CBD products sell and what the rest of the world thinks about our products.

I acknowledge that the stock has not done well this year, but the annual report made me optimistic for the future.
We need to remember that the company has essentially re-invented itself, so it is, to all intent and purpose, a new business.
Twelve months from now we shall be in a much better place I believe.
Merry Christmas to all who write here - yes, and that also includes the naysayers. Charlie
